Résidence Lanteri is peaceful in a pleasant suburban area of Paris. It is very convenient for regular RER B train and buses into the city. It’s clean, comfortable and feels safe. Breakfast is included - it’s adequate to start the day and handy for a quick bite before going out for the day. After hours arrival process isn’t easy or clear because communication (in French) had to be by phone as there is no email on website; but eventually key collection instructions were clear. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. Thank you Résidence Lanteri.

A beautiful elegant building with many original features that will delight people who appreciate 60s modernist architecture, lovely helpful porters, super peaceful location only a couple of minutes walk from the amazing Cambridge University Library, what an absolute gem !!!!

I did not experience any issues using the website and found the booking process to be straightforward. Excellent staff throughout the College who were professional, polite, informative, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The twin set ground floor accommodation exceeded our expectations & we were pleased that the bathroom facilities were on our floor & the one below. Noise from the street outside ended at such a time that it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast in the Great Hall was a very generous buffet style including cooked and continental options - extremely filling.
The central location meant we were able to access readily all that we wished to visit in the city centre. The buses stopping outside on St. Aldates went to Wallingford, Abingdon, Reading, Didcot etc. A great and memorable trip.

The accommodation buildings were clean and well-maintained as was our room. The gardens were beautiful and a joy to walk through. We had an excellent breakfast on both mornings. In particular the Staff at the Gate House were extremely helpful in imparting information, and also in rolling my suitcase across the Quad! The Dining Hall staff and the Garden staff were also very courteous and friendly. A tribute to Wadham College. Altogether a most enjoyable experience for me and my husband.

I've used universityrooms.com on several occasions - on this latest one it was for a one-night stay at St. John's College, Cambridge, with the famous Bridge of Sighs. Check-in is from 14:00 - I arrived early, but there was no problem at all about leaving my luggage in the porters' office, and wandering around the college. I bought lunch in the Buttery before checking in - and I have to say it was one of the best fish and chips I've ever had - excellent quality and value! The room was spacious, with a desk, chairs and the bed was comfortable - and two separate side rooms for the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We used them to book student accommodation in Barcelona and Madrid. The rooms are great and very well priced.

If you're visiting London for theater, you couldn't ask for a more ideal location than Duchy House. Whether you're going to the West End, or over the Waterloo Bridge to the NT, this is perfectly-situated, and is also very convenient to all public transportation. The staff was very welcoming and my room (facing inward vs. on the street) was surprisingly quiet given the busy-ness of the location. Bed was comfy, plenty of outlets, convenient, well-stocked kitchens available. Excellent stay!

re my previous post,I have now received a satisfactory explanation that the fault lay entirely with Westminster College which made 2 basic unconnected errors. But the problem was compounded by the fact that there was no way the College could contact U.R. that afternoon to sort it out. There should be a help-line- -if there had been, the problem would have been resolved immediately. As it was, I was nearly on the street in the rain!

I had booked a room for 8 Dec (3081473) at Westminster College & had confirmation from you of the booking. I had previously cancelled the booking for 7 Dec (3087063) & had confirmation from you of this. I arrived at the College on 8 Dec. to be told they had no record of the booking, only of the booking on 7 Dec. which you had failed to cancel. Luckily they said they had a room but said the fault lay entirely with you & I had to sort it out. Fortunately, the receptionist was then v. helpful & said she would deal with the problem & I did not have to pay again. Had they not had a spare room this would have been a disaster. I have tried to log into my account but it says it does not recognise the email address even though you have just sent an email to that address asking how you did in relation to the booking on 8 Dec.It's a mess from star to finish

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the whole deal was very good value compared with hotels in London. The location was very convenient for St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston stations.
