I have not started using hte products yet, since I received them yesterday and I am having os much trouble understanding what is what is the packages-even after the explanations of my doctor!
I cannot understand why the products could not be packaged and named in a more organized way.
I hope that after using them, I will decide that it is worth it...

I received my serum about two weeks ago and I am so excited to start seeing results (although small changes are already appearing more prominent results start after 3-4 if using the product)! The packaging was impeccable and the quiz was very accurate, asking for all the information that seemed relevant to help my skin get better. Can’t wait for my skin to be glowing :)

Cannot believe how fantastic this product is, fresh ingredients made for my skin, seeing results already, I am using retinol on my skin when I haven’t been able to before, because of irratation.

Efficient but disappointed that even a minute amount of perfume was added to the product causing unnecessary sensitivity. However I can send the products back and have them reformulated without the rose oil. Nowhere did it state that there was added fragrance. A choice should be given and in my opinion no fragrance should be added unless the customer is fully aware. Products should have FRAGRANCED in bold so consumers are aware. I’m disappointed that a so called dermatological product at this price point even considers adding unnecessary potentially known irritating ingredients.

I started using the Universkin products for myself and my teenager daughter about 6 month ago. The results are just amazing. The acne of my daughter improved impressively, the complexion of her face is so much better.
For myself the products have been able to evens complexion and control shine. No more red areas and small spots.

I have ordered their products online and received them in 3 business days in a very neat package.

I started the customized serum 2 weeks ago and I can see my skin is brighter and those spots are much less obvious. The overall state of my skin has improved even people around me has noticed that.

In the first week I had some small acnes after putting on the serum. I think the serum was purifying my skin or my skin was atopting to this new product. After the first week, everything is just better and better.

I'm very impressed by the effect and the time it took. I think it saves me from several consultations with dermatologist.

I started using Universkin products 2 years ago with their Nextultra cream (the number 1, 2 and 3), and ended up using all their products including my own personalised serums! My skin routine is exclusively done with Universkin products and it has truly helped my skin problems. I have to say that the cleanser Nexultra O is my favorite and I am using it every morning and every evening.
I love the texture for each product (serums, Nexultra O, Nexultra L, Universkin H) and the packaging is stylish and very easy to use.
Both serums I am using were tailored based on my skin type, my skin problems and on my needs.
I will definitely continue to use their products knowing that I'm using the right product for my skin!

The containers for the serums are not fit for purpose and some are not big enough to last the time I’m told where others are too big
My skin has been dry
The one saving grace is the cleanser which I like
To be honest I wouldn’t pay for this again far too expensive for what it is

I placed the order Tuesday afternoon. The products (even personalised ones) were prepared within 24 hours and then shipped out. The parcel arrived Thursday at midday. All was well wrapped efficiently.
