I received the bottles promptly. However the nature of the bottles are new to me, and I was confused how to get the serum out of the bottle without instructions

The products are not easy to use the serum does not come out properly out of the bottle.

Great Products but Nexultra O seems to be permanently out of stock. Contacted the Universkin via the “contact us” form but yet to hear back from them. Hopefully will get resolved soon as would like to continue using the products.

Beautiful packaging and prompt delivery. However, I have only been using it a few days since receiving, so too early to give a definitive view. But, excellent ingredients, so I am very hopefu!

I have a bit of a Rosacea and large pores. Originally I wanted to have a laser treatment, but it was very much out of my budget in the clinic I went to. So after the consultation with Dr Rita Rakus and Dr Galyna at Dr Ritas Rakus clinic I was advised to try Universkin. I was promised a refund if I would not be happy with the treatment. I never followed up with that, maybe I should have. Unfortunately after two months of using the product it did literally nothing for my skin. There was no improvement in redness, pores or anything else. I did not expect magic, but £180 and two months- I expected at least something. I finished both bottles and found a lovely dermatology clinic that helped the problems with alternative treatments. The Universkin does have a lovely packaging and the "personalized" ingredients does make it feel special. I am glad it works on many, but unfortunately I was not one of them.

The products are lovely and I am already feeling the difference on my skin. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze and our Dr Alberto was always immediately available for any questions and queries. The ordering and delivery was perfect as was the packaging and presentation. I am also enjoying the samples that were included.
