I would give this POS company a zero. The sorry responses are down right irritating
Over a month since I order 65 dollars worth of shoes. They say they are checking delay. Do not buy from this crappy company

This company is horrible can’t get them without an email ! I ordered a mask and they said 7-12 days i’m still waiting it’s almost a month !!! Winter will be over by the time I get it ! They keep saying it’s coming it’s coming but so is June!
Never again!

I ordered 2 winter hats on January 12th. It is the 25th. It took 5-6 days for the order to be processed. I think it is now at a shipping company in China. If I get the order, I'll return and review the product. It's not looking good.

I have a pending order from Univetrsa. I have been emails from them with order up dates. The email will give me the option to track my package (USPS) I didn't click on it as it looked fake. I copied the tracking number they provided. Went to the real USPS website and pasted the tracking. It came back as a fake tracking number. I feel like they are scamming me, and want access to my PC.

Started to order some 5 in 1 winter hats at Univetrsa. Luckily I checked the TEMU site and found the EXCT same hats, advertising and all. Price was 30% less.

I bought my first pair of grounding shoes from Univetrsa. I like them a lot. I rarely wear other shoes. shipping was a bit slow. The copper piece on one shoe came out, but I like them better without the copper. I bought them around July and its now December.

I had ordered a specific size and was sent a small size. I returned the shoes right away but never heard anything from the company. Sent e-mail after e-mail and no response.

Received my Skinpro shoes today from Univetrsa.
I should have read the reviews first.
Yes they were comfortable. But after a few hours of wear the so called 'copper' (questionable) grounding pin has curling into a sharp spike.
Definitely not worth the money.
Haven't even bothered to contact the company as I expect it will be a waste of time and effort.

I ordered a pair of Univetrsa Skinpro with copper grounding shoes on line.
When they arrived they are too wide and have flimsy stretch shoe laces.There is no mention of Univestra on the envelope or inside saying thanks and how to return them. I replied to their emailfor return procedures and am getting emails that do not help and want me to take pictures and videos of the product and envelope. Total run around and lack of good customer service and return policy promised. Use extreme caution. The shoe is made like an aqua sock and does not look like it will deliver as promised or last.

After looking at their website thoroughly. There are many errors grammatically. It says made in USA yet it takes 3-5 days to get your order to the warehouse and another 5-7 days more to get your product. Their base is in a country I have not heard of and I didn’t look it up. Buyer beware
