The coat itself was New as advertised and I'm very happy with it. The service however, left me baffled. The £750 coat was posted in a plastic bag which offered no protection (other than against water) for the coat. This is amateurish at best. I would advise packaging the items in a waterproof bag, and then placing in a box for protection. You will eventually have an expensive item arrive damaged due to lack of protective packaging and due to this Royal Mail won't pay out compensation. If the packaging is improved, this would be 5 star.

5 star customer service. Sold my Canada goose jacket through them. Amazing communication right from start to finish, Extremely reliable and trustworthy service! Would 110% recommend them and I will be using them again!

Ordered a Chilliwack Bomber. Good service, fast delivery and I’m 99% sure the coat is authentic. The reason I’ve given 4* is because the condition isn’t entirely as described. The coat I received was graded A, but has major signs of wear i.e. white marking around pockets/ sleeve line. I’m taking the coat to be dry cleaned so hopefully that resolves the issue, albeit at an additional cost.

Scammer don’t buy from him. I had to send my package back and he didn’t respond to me after he received it. Didn’t refund my money had to tell my bank about this person. Don’t buy from here unless you want problems, warning you now!

Would not recommend. Bought a coat from this business and changed my mind and had returned it only for the seller to have gave an incorrect returns address and refused to issue a refund and they refused to take liability here
