Not a good solution for me. 5G only reached 20mbs download and that was in my empty cargo van in the middle of the city where Walmart is headquartered. I walked through my parking lot with it to che... See more

Good internet overall but the main issue is that the network would randomly cutoff or can’t handle more than two devices on it.

We love unlimitedville

We have been using unlimitedville since the pandemic hit in 2020 and our slow internet couldn't keep up!! We have had very few interruptions of service; my kids could stream zoom calls while we were on calls. Once a storm took out a local tower and unlimitedville didn't charge us for the down time and sent new replacement card within a week.

Love it!

We have been using UV for about 4 years and have had wonderful service! We love that it is mobile as well. Long car rides are much more manageable when you can bring your internet with, for the kids tablets.

Long time customers…

We have been Unlimitedville customers for several years as we have two properties we use. We use the Unlimitedville internet access device in both properties with no connection issues. We highly recommend them if you need internet access in multiple locations.

Avoid at all costs!

My elderly father was recovering from a stroke, so I moved back in with him and to be the primary caregiver. I was a software team leader and worked remote. Even though the house was less than a mile from a town, it was too rural for cable, DSL, or satellite. Unlimitedville was the only service provider. I paid $200/month and the service worked < 50% of the time. The techs blame AT&T's cell towers, but my phone always worked fine. When it went down, tech support's only solution was to send a new router - something that took a week and left me unable to work. This happened multiple times. When they need to send a replacement, they choose the slowest possible delivery method. They refuse to use overnight service, even when I agreed to pay for the shipping. I was demoted and then I lost my job. If you have any other options - go with it! Unlimitedville doesn't care about their customers or providing a reliable service.

Starts Reddit account to spam fake positive reviews

Any company willing to start a Reddit account and do a bunch of fake positive posts in the RV and Airstream Subs is obviously not in a position where they trust their own actual reputation.

They then had their account suspended (u/toddbelcher18) for spamming old threads with inane comments to try to legitimize themselves.

Started off amazing for a month or so…

Started off amazing for a month or so and then the problems started. Blaming ATT, they would send a new SIM card and/or hardware. Frequency has now increased to weekly with blame placed on ATT.

Tech support, if you can call it that, appears to be a young kid or two telling you they are sending a SIM card.

After months of being in a vicious cycle of SIM cards, I’m done. More tha patient on my end to no avail.

Now their expectation is I ship their non working equipment at my expense.

Yes, there are occasional hiccups, but….

Like Ferdinand, I stared back when there was a ‘YELLOW’ plan. Also rode the roller coaster of Blue, then Pink, then finally had the dreaded battery explosion in my MiFi device. Now I am on the top tier plan with this completely unportable MoFi device that means no AC power, no internet. Somewhat of a drag in the portability respect, but the speed of the Red plan is not quite as fast as the Verizon iPhone I have, but after 22GB when my phone becomes a lethargic “data sloth” my MoFi keeps ripping. I did 2TB of data in a month (forgot I was doing data replication and had the MoFi connected to the PC rather than the LAN) and by golly the Unlimitedville service never faltered, nor throttled. So while it may be a little slower than the traditional carrier devices, it doesn’t suffer from bandwidth limits. I’ve had to deal with Customer Service, Tech Support, and even had a company owner call me once… and while they are not outstanding in any of these areas, they do solve problems, and they always make things right by me. But by far the most important thing, they have kept my data truly unlimited for many years now.

I believe I started my service with…

I believe I started my service with this company back in 2017-2018 with sprint service "Yellow plan" which no longer exists, it was a great upgrade from dsl. Once they discontinued the Sprint plan "Yellow" they put me on a discounted ATT plan "Blue" which I was also very pleased with till 2019. A couple of times my internet was shutoff because they had to "refresh" my sim-card which I believe happened 3 times. I'd say around November of 2020, I was yet again forced to change providers since they were having an issue with their contract with ATT. So I choose to go on T-Mobile "Pink" which was about the same speed as 3mb dsl at my location with awful coverage. Eventually they "fixed" what ever issue they had with ATT so I restarted my ATT service. We had nothing but issues every other month and I finally canceled the service purchased a MoFi Modem of my own and went with another provider called Ubifi.
