Yes, my phone did arrive, but not till 10 days after I had ordered it. Ordered on a Wednesday and paid for next day delivery, but 3 days later it hadn't arrived. Emailed them and they said they had staff shortages, it would be despatched after the weekend. Wednesday I finally got notification it had been despatched on a next day, but Friday morning it still hadn't arrived. Asked for tracking code, which wasn't recognised on DPD. Tracking code worked by the evening, but it stated DPD only received it Friday. Phone finally arrived Saturday evening.
If you are quoted next day delivery, that's what you expect to get. If it's going to take 7-10 days, then say so - they make get less customers, but at least the ones they get won't leave grumpy reviews because the goods didn't arrive in the time specified.
If it wasn't that I couldn't find the particular phone I wanted anywhere else, I would have cancelled the order. Certainly won't be using them again.
Ordered a mobile, didn't arrive within the advertised 24 hours, when I queried the order status, they said there were delays due to understaffing in their warehouse , instead of asking if I wanted to wait, they just cancelled the order.
Will not order phones from this company again.

Think twice before placing an order with this company and if you do always use a credit card. Their customer service is almost non existent after you have ordered and there commitment to delivery times is shocking.
I bought the phone for £ 600 but the company until today had not sent me a bill with a serial number. I sent 8 letter with req of receipt, unfortunately, they ignore my all post. (All post was send first Classic sign for). Customer service does not want to talk with the customer after the transaction. Ahhh No words, no morals, No quality and No value!!!!!!!!!!!!. The company is based on the credo of "client have to buy, pay and when money are on account Please back off" based on selling without any value or building a good image of the company. I do not ever be using the services of this company and I advise you to think about before you do.
I placed an order for an HTC ONE M9 on 4th April at 4.45pm and received delivery on 6th April at around 12.30pm. I certainly cannot consider this poor service as others have stated, but find this to be excellent service with a two day turnaround.
I normally purchase all my mobile phones from the east, which normally takes about a week or more for delivery, so really happy to have found a UK company with great service.
ordered on saturday all seemed ok got email on monday saying my watch was dispatched. on wednesday i email asking for my tracking number so i could check if it had been signed for buy someone else in my block but just got a email back saying it would come tomorrow. when it came it had the date of shipping as wednesday so they did not both to send till i emailed them. not happy. plus the watch was meant to be new but in white box but it was used in normal box.
My experience was poor for the following reasons:
1. Said they had item in stock when they hadn't.
2. Lied about dispatch date.
3. Blamed carrier for delay when it was their fault.
4. Charged card before they even had the item in stock.
5. Unnecessary prevarication over returning item
6. Took two weeks to credit item. OK, they state this on their terms and conditions but other firms usually credit within a week.
Wouldn't use them again. 'Nuff said.
