We visited Unlocking Language in July 2025 with every intention to become their client and to get support for my non verbal little boy. They had summer promotion, so I even purchaised 5 sessions in advance. But m experience was beyond disappointing.
The therapist Lydia has not shown any intention to help my son. She wasn't engaging and surely did not have her way arounf kids. My son was very upset. She also did not advise about the way forward and a course of action as welll as therapy direction. 1 hour session with her was a waste of our time, money and most importantly resulted in my child being very upset. Definitely not what you want from a speech therapist.
Also, the receptionist was not helpful when I asked about booking next sessions. They reply very slowly and give different information all the time. I felt that i was deceived into booking the sessions. Client service is extremely poor.

Contacted Unlockinglanguage.co.uk for urgent speech therapy. Scheduled a consultation, but they never called. Took them 13 days to respond to my email! Avoid the hassle, go elsewhere.
