This worked. Eliminated a lot of frustration caused by Best Buy selling me an open box tablet that was locked to a prior user's settings. What a headache! Thanks Unlock Junky, for not being shitty like Best Buy!

Used unlockjunky to remove a google FRP lock on my Samsung tablet. All done seamlessly in a few minutes. The technician stayed online until I did a hard factory reset and verified that the lock was removed and I had access to the tablet. I only had to provide the device serial number and he did the rest, which is not ideal, if course but my device was unusable otherwise. No remote access required to my device. Would definitely recommend

i was skeptical and i never write reviews but wanted to come on and let everyone know i just dealth with Jon S and sure enough, he unlocked it. Didn't have to plug my phone in so you don't have to worry if he's in india waiting to remote access your pc and hijack it. i mean, believe me or don't, it's your money, but do you want your google locked phone sitting in a drawer or you wanna use it?

After spending a good 2 full days trying the various unlock tools and methods around the interwebs to unlock a fairly up to date S23 and failing (discovering the keyboard settings bypass, dialpad USB debugging isn't working, QR code bypass not working, and some weird ones inbetween), this service was straightforward and easy to use.

My unlock price was $40 instead of the $25 listed on their site for FRP lock bypass, but the pricing was straightforward before checkout. If that's the new base price then their site needs to be updated, but my only complaint there.

Once paid, quickly got an email with instructions to download the remote connection tool and get chatting with a support rep, which was quick and straightforward. Once connected, my rep, Jonathan, played around on his end for a few minutes but indicated their systems/tools were down for that afternoon. To remedy the situation, as it was a Saturday, he asked if I was available the next Sunday morning (which they don't advertise service on) to get it complete. I agreed.

We reconvened on Sunday morning. where he picked up right where we left off. Gave him about 15 minutes and the device went through it's setup to complete the unlock (after a factory reset). They appear to be using a MDM enrollment bypass to gain access to the device, use MDM policies to reset the FRP lock, and then the MDM solution unenrolls itself. Took a few minutes to get to that point, but once there, got dropped on the home screen and good to go!

Was definitely a smooth experience, and worth the money. May be a little pricy to some, but I couldn't get it on my own after days of trying, so there ya go.
