Not received codes over 12 days
Been chasing up on my code but they keep on delaying, still not received. Not happy at all with this service, would not recommend them at all.
Very poor service

Been chasing up on my code but they keep on delaying, still not received. Not happy at all with this service, would not recommend them at all.
Very poor service
Did not receive code. Reported it to paypal. Several days later received a code from them stating that they sent it to me the day they took my money. Which was a outright lie! Very poor customer service. Would not respond to my emails or answer the phone. PLEASE save your money! This is a scam!!
I'm beginning to think this is a scam. I placed my order 7 days ago and immediately got a confirmation email, I've emailed them again since then and I've received no communication back whatsoever since the initial message.
So it's been 7 days and they have the money I paid them for a service that never happened, awful business, avoid.
I was very sceptical when buying one of these codes and in hindsight I never should have. For my phone, the guaranteed turn around time to receive a code was a maximum of 16 hours...I waited roughly 26. Time delay aside, I did eventually get a code via email only to find that it didn't work. As requested in the email, I sent a message back explaining my dilemma but have yet to get a response in the two days I have been waiting. I have also tried calling the company but am sent to voicemail every time I call (roughly 15 or so times). Customer service has been atrocious and I will be asking for my money back if they cannot solve my issue.
EDIT:
The company has recently sent me an additional email detailing a more complex method of unlocking the phone which worked just fine. Disclaimer: This company will unlock your phone but you'll need to be very patient.
I paid for my unlock code yesterday 11/30/14 morning around 4 PM this morning when i got up i received the unlock code an i put it its working already ,very good service, first time doing it and works . unlocked my Samsung S5 TMOBILE with any problem and now i am using it on any carrier iam vey Happy Good job guys
I paid for my product unlock code yesterday 11/25/14 morning 845 am pst. The site stated 1-8 hours for delivery, still have not received the code I purchased for over $30. I emailed customer service after the 8 hours passed and still no response. I'm waiting to here back from them, if no response soon I will be filing a dispute with PayPal and my bank. I was going to buy a few codes, I'm glad I only did the 1 just to try it out to verify that all would go smoothly. Guess I will also be trying the competition.
I asked for an unlock code for my AT&T HTC One via their website. The website estimated their processing time to be "5-15 minutes". However, I didn't get the code until the following day.
When I entered the code however, it worked flawlessly.
Their site stated that they would unlock in 1-5 hours - nothing. I left messages, emails and still nothing. The only way to get any response is send them money - then you will get an automated response, but still nothing.SCAM
Bought it a couple of days ago around 11:30 12:00 clock at night woke up in the morning with an email and I typed it in and it worked. Maybe they can give me a discount for the next item I need to get unlocked lol maybe
I ordered unlock code on September 11, 2014. I paid for it. I send them a few e-mail and call customer services. They not respond . I still wait for money back. I not recommended this company.
I paid for the 1 to 8 hours service. When the code didn't arrive in 8 hours I emailed customer support. Waited a couple of hours and no response.
Next I tried their customer support number. No one available, so I left a message and went to bed.
Next morning (were at 18 hours now), no emails from them, nothing.
Tried calling again. Same thing no one in customer support. Left a second message and used their contact form for support.
4 hours later still nothing. Called again. Nobody in customer support.
Went to Paypal and filed a dispute. Still no response.
At this point it's ridiculous. I'm giving them 2 more hours (that would be officially 24 hours) and then I'm filing a claim to get my money back.
I paid for my unlock code. After about 3 days I finally got it but it did not work. After I replied it took several days again but then they sent me a step by step instruction to unlock the phone which finally worked. It was not very quick but the price was ok and it worked.
Several days ago I wrote:
My expirience was not good. They said that delivery takes between 1-3 days. During the third day, i wrote them to know the status of my order, but i have no response. Later i wrote them an email saying that i can't wait any longer and i want a refund. Again, no response. Later, I wrote it in paypal. A couple hours later, they refund my money, and assure me that they are not a scam and justify the delay because cellphone manufacturer delayed in delivering the code and support center was closed when i wrote them. But that is why I wrote them in the third day, to know if there was a problem with my order and i had to wait more.
Also, I suggest unlockphonenetwork.com the next:
-complete FAQ page.
-the order that you send should has information about order, payment, etc.
-Norton Secured logo seems fake.
-You should add a timetable of Customer Service center in the webpage.
-The live chat window is always turned off, if you are not able to have a live online chat with customers, remove that window and replace it with a mail contact form.
All these details can confuse customers and decrese confidence in the website.
Today they sent me the keys but after they refunded me I hired another company. The second works faster and I got the keys before unlockphonenetwork sent ithem, but i recognize that they had good intention, and they were worried that somebody could think they are not serious. Please, note that the fact that another company worked faster one time dosen't mean that it will always occur.
Hello!
You guys were great and hassle free, first time doing it and deffinetely a great experience. unlocked my Samsung S4 AT&T without a problem and now i am using my T-Mobile SIM. Happy happy Happy!
Thank yoU!
Ordered an unlock code for HTC Desire 601 for under 15 minutes service. I didn't get any email for the next hour or so, I then emailed their customer support, called them and emailed again but with no response. Feeling cheated, I then opened a dispute with paypal. After almost 10 hours, I got an email with the unlock code. The code did work, but they are wrong advertising on the process time/ turn over to churn out codes in 15 minutes or less. This is quite deceptive and I feel the urge to rate them 2/5 for regrettably very poor customer support and on how to make customers have a good customer service experience with their service over competitors. My suggestion, go to cellunlocker.net. The turnover is less than 4 hours and they were charging $2 less ($9.99) than UnlockPhoneNetwork.com ($11.99). They also have live chat tech support if you need any assistance. All in all, avoid this service if you can. Thanks
Update March 06, 2014: After receiving an explanation regarding the late responses and a sincere apology in response to my review, I emailed UnlockPhoneNetwork.com regarding the price match guarantee mentioned in their reply.. With in two hours, I was emailed back and refunded $2, and honoured the price match guarantee. The lesson that I learned from this experience is to first contact them and confirm the actual delivery time before placing the order. More or less, I am quite satisfied in the end and have upgraded my rating from 2/5 to 4/5. Final impressions: Contact them first and inquire about pricing (if you get lower pricing else where, email them the screenshot of the quote from other website), reassess your final price with them and then place the order. I would definitely recommend them if you follow my directions. Being my first experience with UnlockPhoneNetwork.com, I will give them some benefit of the doubt and that I was not fortunate enough to experience their good customer service first hand because of random technical issues their end.

I was sceptical at first for paying for a code from any website but in the end their process was easier and cheaper than trying to go through the cell phone company and the code that they sent worked the first time! Couldn't be happier!
