It’s all good when ordering and receiving your order. They’re good at that and I don’t think you can really write an honest review until problems happen. Bought a Flylens 85 HD 04Pro. Great looking quad and fun to fly but then the camera failed. You can only email the company!! You can’t get a response quickly. You have a problem and the customer will want it sorting quickly not when you decide to answer an email. Also ignoring requests isn’t a good idea. Customer service skills are bad. They’re ignorant!!! It’s all sunshine and rainbow when they’re getting the money but it seems they bury their heads hoping it will disappear (so it seems) if it goes wrong. Had to put in a PayPal case and PayPal got me a refund.
If you’re purchasing from this company take precautions on payment cause if it does go wrong you’ll be lucky to get a good response in a timely manner or even your money back.

Always good prices, fast delivery and amusing and informative item descriptions. I always compare prices and Unmanned Tech pretty much always comes out best even when compared to some of the online market places based in China. Delivery is fast, usually no more than 48 hours. Have bought loads of stuff and shall Coninue to do so for my fixed wing aircraft. So far, absolutely no negatives. Keep up the good work

For the second time, Unmanned Tech have charged my teen son £5 for next day delivery, only to deliver the goods 10 days later, AFTER "Mum stepped in" and wrote strongly worded messages on messenger.

They don't provide good service & hide behind the "unmanned" nonsense.

My lad has spent £350+ on loads of kit THAT DOESN'T WORK!

He's a clever bod, but after 3 hrs of "not working" stress, (following 10 days of delivery stress), all I can do is write this honest review. DONT BUY FROM these scammers

Sold me a flylens 85 04 pro bnf £330 worth of drone and had bad camera with black screen from day 1 of trying to bind no rma offered trying to push me to manufactures when they should of sorted it only had it a little over 1 week offered me a replacment camera after me buying a camera out of my own pocket. I bin the camera that came with it as tested with different cable still won't work so now they telling me they will not refund me the amount for the camera .. shocking customer service over 2 weeks of back on forth .. they sell electrical item then push you to manufacturer when there is a issue shocking experience with this company and will not used them again .. i was warned about this company when a friend had a issue with a faulty item .I should of listened and stayed clear

Prompt delivery, I opened it up and mistakenly thought I had been sent the wrong item. Customer service were amazing and didn’t even make me feel stupid although in this case I clearly was.

Absolutely fantastic company, competitive pricing and most importantly one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. My first order included an item with a small part broken due to shipping. Told them and immediately dealt with it. Ordered some more things today, shipping was dispatched within 4 hours.

Ordered an ELRS transmitter and 4 ELRS receivers in one order.
They would not work together, as I eventually found out the firmware was incompatible, they suggested that I return them and they would * charge me * for installing compatible firmware to make them work together. This took days to sort out as you have to wait up to 24 hours for a reply. Terrible company avoid at all costs.
Being retired I no longer have or use a laptop.

Orders are turned arround in a blink of an eye, great product range and excellent product knowledge, extremely helpful and speedy when proving advice and answering questions. These guys will be my go to drone shop from now on

1. When an item is on back order you still pay for it upfront Yet they withhold the entire order until the item on back order come through
2. You can hardly ever reach anyone at customer service department, you are often sent to a chat bot
3. 31 days return policy is too short for a company that deals with tech items. Tech items are complex and take time to set up.(we were building a drone) When we asked to return the items it took a month to reach someone at customer service by then they said it was too late and they refused my return.

As a conclusion, I would not recommend unmanned tech shop due to its poor customer service, failure to update you on back orders despite taking your money, and inflexibility when it comes to return policy.

Fantastic Service, and an unbeatable price, for the LDARC X 43 micro crawler. And also the LDARC 'payground' wooden ramps/see saw etc. Full FREE delivery, with Royal Mail 48 hour. Updates were awesome. A great company, that I am looking forward to using again. And will recommend, to family, and friends. At 63 years old, it is great to see service, in the UK, this fantastic.
