Saved me lots money and time.

I signed a contract and even gave a deposit to a contractor for work on my house. I ran the contractors information, checked his license and address and was able to determine that he was more than likely a shady contractor. (Numerous red flags) I feel the site saved me lots of headaches and aggravation, not to mention thousands of dollars.
