Our five year old fridge (LG brand LDCS24223s) was making horrible vibrating noise, getting louder over the last three weeks. The noise would stop if the door was opened. The tech, named Tamar, helped me figure out that it could just be ice buildup in a specific fan, and a manual freezer defrost was the first thing to try. In case that didn’t work Tamar sent over a link to the replacement part. But it worked!! No need to order parts or call a pricey technician! While it thawed I gave the old girl a good cleanup and life looks good again. Ahhh, the quiet…

Charged me for things I didn't ask for when I cancelled.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, however, I have paid less and received tons of info and then I signed up with them.

Worst experience ever. Be careful when you buy the 3 days plan, even if you cancel same day membership, they charge you 4,99 + 6.99 + 29 dollars!!

Great experience

When I signed up, I did not read all the fine print. I did not realize the $29.95 was going to be a monthly charge. When it showed up as a charge the second month, I called Customer Service. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. She cancelled my subscription immediately as I requested and I received a refund the next day.
