The house looked slightly different from the photos (maybe because the decoration was not as in the picture) but it was fine anyway. Cleanness level was perfect, although we noticed there were a few basic missing things (wine glasses (only plastic cups), corkscrew, kitchen towels, meat cleaver, for ex) However when we asked the host for these things, she brought them immediately :)

We had a great holiday. Nice host, friendly and helpful. We will return for sure. Thanks a alot

The accommodation experience is very bad. The room is much smaller than the photo, the air conditioner is broken, and most importantly, it is very inconvenient to issue an invoice. Everyone shirks responsibility and I can't find anyone who can issue an invoice. It is definitely not suitable for business travel.

We spent two weeks in the Villa delle Mimose in San Foca.
Great house for three families, close to the sea and beach. The area is quiet and peaceful.
Professional and helpful service (Lucia).

Had the most amazing holiday staying in San Foca at Villino Li Marangi. The house was perfectly appointed and situated for our family holiday. Wonderful large covered outdoor space with shower, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and even storage space for our cases. The accommodation was spotless and well appointed.
Lucia was very helpful, professional and friendly. She accommodated our late check in due to our flight arrival time. Very easy to contact and always responsive.
Situated 3 minutes walk to the beach (public and private), and approx 10 minutes to the center of town. Small grocery shop with bakery just beside the house, and a great little shop that sells everything you need for a day at the beach on the corner. Quiet area but perfectly convenient for our family needs.
We look forward to returning to this gem of a house next year!

A well presented, spacious villa with a good sized pool and outdoor seating area, all within a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. The hosts were attentive and helpful.

Quiet area, sea view, from the first beach 100 metres away, although there are many beaches to choose from. The streets are quiet in the evenings, the city is quiet and cosy, for a comfortable holiday, there are cafes, shops, in the evening a lot of restaurants open. No one bothered us, the owners answered and helped us with all our questions. The flat is clean, all that is necessary for a comfortable stay in the flat. My son and I were very satisfied.
One moment, that there is no check-in and check-out from the accommodation, without the participation of the owner, it is very uncomfortable, as the road from the airport and to the airport to the different folds, and you have to wait for the owners to give the keys or they accepted the accommodation.
Otherwise, everything is perfect, we are very satisfied, we recommend it, the price and quality correspond, come to San Foca, Via Niccolò Machiavelli for a good holiday in Barbarhouse Apartments.

The house was very amortised and the pool water on the THIRD DAY OF OUR VACATION was infected...our children start having EAR and EYE INFECTION😑....
They never came to change the pillow SHEETS and the bad SHEETS for 10-days.
One bed was BROKEN and fixed with scotch and for this I have video and photo....
Everything was old and about to fall...
Cupboard,closet cupboard,etc...
THE ROOMS IN THE BASEMENT WERE STINKING OF HUMIDITY!
YOU COULDN'T BREATHE LET ALONE SLEEP.
THE OWNER SEEMED TO BE VERY STINGY EVEN THOW WE PAYED EVERYTHING AND UP FRONT.
IN THE END HE CHARGED US FOR 100 € MORE FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!!

Great location and modern little apartment. Perfect for 1-2 people with a good little kitchen. So close to the water and many cafes and shops. My host was super helpful, even helping me greatly with getting the bus back to Lecce. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was in such a stunning area, with a short walk to the pool and a 20 minute walk to Castro Marina where we spent a lot of our time. Castro had beautiful clear sea and offered boat excursions and pedalos which I definitely recommend. It was very clean when we arrived and Francesco, Gaia and Benedetta were very welcoming and hospitable. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to come back in the future.

Great location, one minute walking from the castle. The apartment has everything you need and the communication with Francesco is good. I would definitely recommend for a nice stay in Otranto!

We stayed in a lovely appartment at Santa Cesarea with my husband for several days in July 2022  and we are very satisfied by the choice we made: the appartment is located in a quiet small street, just in a few footsteps from the seeside and a good restorant. It was very spacious, clean and well-equipped.  We really enjoyed our stay there! A special thank to Francesco who kindly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable.
