1200 kr reserved o bank account and no SHAME!!

So today I tanked up at this gas station for 450kr to notice later that it was reserved an amount of 1200kr on my bank account.
When contacting Customer Service, they say this is "normal", they always do this and the amount should be back in 2-3 days!!!!
No shame whatsoever!!
3 times the amount used in a reservation it's disrespectful to your customers and 2022 you can easily find a better way to process these transactions
