I have the email evidence to prove the lack of support or response from the company. If only this company spent as much time on their actual customer service instead of trolling customers after legitimate reviews. I'm happy to backup any allegations made. This company is a complete scam and customers need to be made aware!

You haven't contacted our support using the email you used for the transaction nor through any other means. We tried to help you and contacted you to resolve it positively obviously you are more interested in leaving a negative review than receiving the service you allegedly paid for.

If you read the description of the account it never states anywhere on that page that it's guaranteed to be unranked in all seasons. Accounts like this are mature and extra safe to use because of it these accounts are dedicated to high-elo climbs and customers who care about safety first and foremost.
The customer verified the email address, received recovery details played 10 games, and only then returned to us with information that the account was ranked in previous seasons. We decided to grant this customer a 70% discount on another 2 accounts and directed him to correct a product that has guaranteed FRESH MMR. It's described as such on our page you can find these types of products here:

As for the reviews invitations, that's just completely false. All reviews process is run by reviews.io an independent company and we have no way of changing or altering any review...
The customer is now not responding to our emails even though we worked with him to resolve it and leave him satisfied. Sadly sometimes as you can see it's not possible. We offered a 70% discount to this customer on a product that he wanted even though we didn't wrong him in any way, he just purchased the wrong product for his purpose.

This is, objectivly, prolly the best website you can find to raise a smurf.
The accounts are kinda expensive, but they are clean, holy damn clean.
To mention, this is the best customer service you can ever find, the guy is reactive, listen to your problems, and help you back.
I actually got covered every single time an account was ban cause I used to get ticket a lot.
Big Tip, If you buy a lot of account like me, try to change mail often.
TLDR : Best Smurf Website. Expensive but very, very, very high and professional quality. Accounts are worth any penies.
