After using one of the serums, I experienced a severe skin reaction, including redness, swelling, burning, and itching on my face. The reaction was so intense that I had to take medication (including prednisone and cetirizine). My skin remained extremely dry and irritated for several days afterwards.
What I find particularly concerning is that this was not the first time: I previously had a very similar reaction to two different face masks from the same brand at different points in time.
I normally tolerate chemical peels without any issues and have never experienced comparable reactions with other brands.
I contacted the seller directly and explained the situation. Unfortunately, no adequate solution was offered. Despite the severity of the reaction, I am left covering the costs and with products that I cannot safely use.
This is my personal experience, but after these incidents, I will not purchase from this brand again.

I love the product as I have dark skin and also sensitive skin towards the normal on-the-shelf sunscreen products (I usually develop a red, tingling, itchy, rashy skin reaction), but this one works just as I would expect a sunscreen to. One star less because I would love to find a local, made in Germany product to cause less footprint.
