Great stuff, great staff!
I’ve been a customer of UNRL and have always been very impressed with the quality of their products. But what really stood out to me was the incredible customer service.
I made a mistake when placing my order and accidentally used an old shipping address. UNRL had done everything correctly, so the issue was entirely on my side. Unfortunately, this resulted in the package being delivered to the wrong location and becoming effectively lost.
Ellen from UNRL’s customer support went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She didn’t simply point out that the mistake was mine and leave it at that. Instead, she genuinely took ownership of the situation, contacted FedEx, followed up repeatedly, and ultimately managed to get the lost package back.
I honestly didn’t expect UNRL to go to such lengths for a problem that wasn’t caused by them. Ellen’s dedication, persistence, and willingness to help were exceptional.
Great products are one thing, but customer service like this is what creates loyal customers. UNRL can be proud to have someone like Ellen on their team.
