Thank you for your purchase! If your water is still cloudy after running our clarifier the most likely cause is bacteria since bacteria is the only thing our clarifier will not clear from water. Try adding some more bio media to your filtration set up. Please reach out to us if we can help!

Thanks for your purchase and feedback! Our clarifier enhances a skimmers abilities to remove waste from water, so you'll continue to have your skimmer catch waste. If you were to eliminate the skimmer, then those same waste particles would be caught elsewhere in the filtration for export or to be broken down naturally by bacteria.

Buying more.. It works!
My 40g planted aquarium was really smelly. It was a dirted planted tank (walstad)
When I googled how to get rid of smelly tank the unscripted aquarium device popped up. I had heard of microcurrents used in sewer treatment plants. I tried it and I was blown away with how quickly the smell went away. Within a few days. I had been doing water changes every other day for months. After adding this device I've only changed the water once in 6 weeks. I'm going to buy more of them for my other tanks.

If you struggle with water clarity you need this product.
Extremely fast shipping to get the product. It was very well packaged also. So obviously when dealing with water clarity everything takes time. I installed the unit at roughly 8pm and the same time the next day there was a notable difference in the clarity of the water. I am using it in a 90 gallon cichlid tank with a sand bottom. Two of the fish are habitual diggers and are constantly turning over the sand so I have had to deal with cloudy water as they release sand into the water column. After roughly a week of use my water is very close to crystal clear and I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with cloudy water.

If you're willing to let us help Im sure we can get your tank cleared up. You're more than likely dealing with bacteria and not polluted water.

Thanks for your purchase and feedback! If the water still appears cloudy after a couple of weeks it's highly likely it's bacteria repopulating in the water (bacterial bloom) and not polluting particles like fish waste. (Hence why there is no smell). Give them more time to settle and make sure your filtration has enough surface area for bacteria to settle into. Do those 2 things and you'll have crystal clear water. The item worked for 3 days. There is a design flaw. The USB for power is so low on the device, that water splashes into it and died.
Move the USB from the side to the top please!!

Hi Thomas! Thanks for your purchase and feedback! The USB-C input is on the portion that hangs on the outside of the tank. The only way for water to splash into the connection is if water splashes outside of the tank and even then, the connection is on the side of the clarifier so it would be really difficult to get water inside of the device. Based on your feedback I'm thinking the clarifier was installed backwards, please correct me if I'm misunderstanding. We do offer a 1-year replacement warranty in case the unit fails for any reason. We are happy to send you a replacement!

It just works!!! I have a 165 reef lagoon tank and it is so clear it looks like there is no saltwater in the tank. I have no idea how it works but it does! Way better than adding chemicals!
