Amazing customer service
I had a issue with the delivery company sending my item to the wrong address, I contacted UNSEEN and they literally sent me the replacement pair with next day delivery which I received the following day and added a free treatment to protect the trainers which I felt was a nice touch. They also offered a full refund if I didn’t still want the footwear which I refused, I have purchased a few pairs of trainers and must say the quality is amazing and the customer service matched!! Will buy again from them for sure
