Damaged item, £320, seller refused fair resolution
Ordered a custom outfit for £320 (paid 6 July). The item arrived with an open seam, loose/pulled threads in multiple areas, and visible puckering around the embroidery — clear quality control and workmanship issues, not damage caused by me.
When I raised this with clear photo evidence, the seller acknowledged the missing stitch on the seam but denied responsibility for the other defects, claiming they were caused externally. They refused any refund or monetary compensation for local repairs, and only offered a return at my own expense (covering both outbound and return international shipping) with no guaranteed repair turnaround.
For an item at this price point, I expected better quality control and a fairer resolution process. Would not recommend, especially for international customers who have very limited recourse once something goes wrong.
