Okay, I love the response of their support team, it's quick and very helpful. Just bought two domains and they help me claim it (as I'm having difficulties go through their website). Everything's good now and I love my new domains!

Been a long time investor in crypto space, but I was a bit skeptical about NFTs in general, though I knew it had a lot going for it than just PFPs. That's when I stumbled upon the idea of web3 domains, but the one I initially came across had a rental system, where you just rent an identity, and keep renewing it by paying a hefty fee during renewal. Was such a turn-off. That's when I found out Unstoppable Domains. They were already minting on Polygon when I learnt about them, which was way cheaper than Ethereum, and they also did not have any renewals. You own your identity, which I believe is the ONLY way to go about it when it comes to identity. Imagine losing your mail address because of forgetting to renew it, and the emails going to someone else. Scary.
Anyway, the more I read and delved into Unstoppable Domains, the more I understood the potential, so I just had to reserve my own web3 identity with them. A year and a half in, they have surely come a long way. Over 850 integrations, with domains natively resolving with browsers like Brave and Opera, resolving on blockchain explorers like Etherscan and Polygonscan, I have absolutely no doubt that I made the right choice by choosing Unstoppable Domains. My domains and identity are mine forever.
More integrations keep happening on a daily basis, and I don't see them stopping, especially with corporate partnerships like blockchain.com happening from time to time. Not to mention how around 11% of Fortune 100 brands now own their digital web3 ID with Unstoppable Domains. It's almost impossible to ignore them when such great things are happening right before my eyes.
To reiterate, I have no doubt that web3 is where we're headed to, and if you are someone like me, UD is definitely the place to get your web3 ID from.
Oh, and did I say it's possible for me to now use my Unstoppable Domains to receive crypto across 300+ crypto coins/tokens? The use-cases are so many I don't think I can key in everything here. Definitely check them out.

Amazing staff and community. The majority of negative comments I came across were mainly a lack of knowledge of the holder. The overall goal is mass adoption for Web3 and these NFTs have real utility. Some holders are upset about pricing and the secondary market but I am actually using my domains.

I bought my first Unstoppable Domain about a year ago. I was looking into web3, saw the lifetime ownership for the domain, and felt that was the future! No more renting domains, in web3, you own them. To me, this was just phenomenal.

I emailed support with a few noob questions and thoughts, and they got back to me incredibly fast. It felt like a company run by actual people from places that aren't click farms. I now very much know that to be the case.

In the last year, I've seen them add a ton of partners, integrations, and amazing innovative ways to use the domains. The ud.me profiles and badges are two examples of these awesome innovations.

I really love the leadership and where the company seems to be heading; getting digital identities into the hands of all humans. There are features being worked on that look and sound awesome. There is an amazing community. The staff are incredible to interact with. One day, all kids will want to work for Unstoppable Domains, as I honestly believe what they're building, during a bear market, continues to improve the lives of everyone who owns an Unstoppable Domain.

In a heartbeat, I'd recommend Unstoppable Domains to anyone looking to enter the web3 space, as their community and staff have been truly helpful in learning the new up and coming realm of web3.

Some of the negative reviews here, seem a little out of place, as Unstoppable Domains have been upfront and straight shooters around any problems that have arisen. On top of that, I honestly do believe they're doing the right thing for the whole web3 space, with things such as the Web3 Domain Alliance being created.

Used UD for more than 4 years and haven't had any problem. Just growing utility as time goes. Just love it!

Unstoppable Domains have by far the user friendliest website in the entire web3 naming space. Buying a domain is as easy as shopping on Amazon. No crypto or wallet required. Pay with credit card and store your domain in the UD-Vault. Their customer service is top notch if you do need any help.

I bought the first domain in "UD" in December 2019, I have more than 500 domains (.crypto .nft .x .wallet .polygon .dao .888 .zil .blockchain .bitcoin .eth). I am buying the domain for myself, but also for resale in the future. I'm satisfied so far. I don't have any bad experiences with "UD", if by chance there was a small problem, the support always solved it.

Sorry, but I have to respond to some negative reviews. WEB3 is at the beginning, everyone always has a choice. I will either board the "UD WEB3 ship" or stay ashore with "WEB2 domains and their benefits"! It's up to you!

The team replied to my email inmediatedly. They pay for parking so I could recover my domain names without having to pay parking. I am very happy that they are taking so good care of custumers like me.

If I could give them zero stars, I would have. I'm a business owner that specializes in Web Design, Development, Blockchain Development, Cinematography, Photography, and Search Engine Optimization. My company is Calypso Development, LLC. I have almost been in business for ten years now. I decided to partner with Unstoppable Domains after finding them to really be the only one doing what they were doing in the Web3 space, at least the only one that had major financial backing behind them and what I thought to be a polished web presence. I can safely report that these people are the worst company I've ever done business with in my entire career. These are a bunch of liberal young men that are obviously being paid a salary or per-hour wage because the overall lack of urgency to handle even the most basic tasks or support within their job description is non-existent. It wasn't just a single problemed individual within the company either. These so-called professionals and innovators did absolutely zero to assist with their Registrar Partnership Integration. I'm not going to go into detail about everything I experienced in a matter of a few months, as I'm working on my own technology. I have a massive repository that lays out what can only be described as a plan to derail my independent efforts to partner with them. After getting the "Green Light" for a completed integration of my totally custom eCommerce solution that sells their web3 domains, I was told I would become a partner. Well Charlie Brooks was the person that was supposed to be handling this aspect of my Partnership. The day I was passed to him from the integration team, he sent the following: "Hey Brandon! I'll send over the Partner API agreement shortly. Can you please share:" (that was on 6/13/23) I was excited, from the way it sounds, I was going to get the contract that day, which would have made the most sense since I had been integrating and communicating with the UD team on a regular basis for months at this point as I integrated into their poor excuse for an API. Well, that was the only email I would receive until 6/21/23. Apparently, Charlie didn't think I was important enough to first, have everything ready for me when I finally finished integrating. No, his excuse was he went on vacation. I mean how unprofessional does it get, didn't say hey Brandon, I'll be on vacation after today, I received nothing from this piece of work. I would have fired him on the spot if he had done that within my company, to one of my clients, yea, I would have removed him from my company as soon as I found out about this. Well, this child proceeded to do nothing to help me for over 2 1/2 weeks after I finished with the integration. I just received the partnership contract on Tuesday. I'll add that they had to send it three separate times as well. These bottom feeders got my name wrong on the first contract, I informed them of the error and then they proceeded to send me the same exact contract with the name still wrong a second time. At this point I'm baffled. Finally, they send me the correct contract. I sign it and send back. I followed up by sending my entire media kit to these guys without them asking me to do so. This low-life person who has the empathy and understanding of a cockroach proceeded to send me this email (noting the fact that a week prior he asked me when I wanted to launch, and I said July 1st, 2023.) "Got it, apparently, you were logged in to the dashboard, not the website, which was causing the issue. I see your application, we will add it to the website by EOD Monday. There is a ticket to the eng. team for your API key, shouldn't be much longer." Yea, they have a mysterious non-functional login screen that pops up when I submitted my company information for an official launch. I was already logged into the admin section and what he stated here was just a blatant lie, (because I sent him a video of his company's just nonsensical errors.) Almost like they do these things purposefully. Let me tell you this was 1 of 50 things that I discovered didn't work on their platform during my painful integration with this terrible company. Anyways, the email he sent revealed that they were not going to have my company information on the site by my launch date. I had paid marketing campaigns set up, and financial obligations that depended on my company logo and info showing up on the Unstoppable Domains website as a form of verification that I wasn't just selling people fake NFT domain names. Also, true to their patterns, It was sent to me at the end of the day, so, I knew I wouldn't be getting the API Key to start doing the work I needed to do before going live. In a moment of multiple months frustration I told him to void my contract, I have not received a live API Key, even after asking them to please send me the contract.

This is a solely for profit organization. It's company structure is not decentralized, so is it's codes, I bet it will ever be.

If you are looking for a truly decentralized blockchain domain provider please check elsewhere, unstoppable domains is not the best solution for you.

If you are looking for a closed source blockchain domain provider with lot's of functionalities, integrations and partnerships without minding the risks associated with centralization then I highly recommend unstoppable domains.

In addition, their unique selling point is domains are a one-time purchase no renewal fees.

Bought 4 sites, and now company is defunct. You can’t login and access anything. The review calling them a Ponzi scheme was correct. I wish I had known how to research the validity of block chain before I purchased.

Bought several sites, including two .coin sites, which disappeared out of my account. There was an $80 CREDIT to my account. I just want my money back, I emailed them and requested this. I doubt they will refund my money. These guys suck. Don't do it.
