All you have to do is read my email chain. The product I purchased was of terrible quality and you would not stand behind it - return shipping you want me to pay is nearly what I paid for the product!
Update - replied to Untilgone after their response on Trustpilot to me. LOL - SAME BULLCRAP - They would rather lose a customer than TRY to make them Happy - all over return shipping charges for a TERRIBLE PRODUCT. UntilGone? Pitiful Customer Service - I will be shopping elsewhere in the future!

I purchased 2 laptops
I purchased 2 laptops, the first was an Apple which never turned up with the enclosed instructions a waste. the second was a hp elite book, the turn up instructions worked perfectly and works fantastic. Both were delivered expediciously, 1 for 2 isn;t bad especially since the Apple was the cheaper of the 2. i am satisfied but will never buy another Apple product at any price,

What went wrong is that you ask for a review but you don’t tell me which product I’m reviewing.
Update. The company responded with which product they wanted me to review. Unfortunately, after five weeks of waiting, I never received the product. The tracking info states that the product was sent to California, which I presume is a distribution center, and never left there. I initiated a refund with PayPal.
