Untold breached the UKGC regulation and lifted my £10 deposit limit on immediate request. They are obliged by their licence to allow 24hrs to lapse before allowing any increase. When I questioned this I was met with a rude and insulting response that a complete lifting of any limits was not technically a limit increase! They are not to be trusted as they do not care about the UKGC licence regs nor the same Malta gaming licence regulations. I am reporting them to the UKGC for an obvious breach of responsible gambling regulations. Never trust a casino with this attitude!
Hoping the UKGC will view this breach with the same seriousness as they have in similar breaches WITH FINES AND WARNINGS. If you have had any bad experiences with this casino mKE SURE YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO REPORT THEM. It is FREE!!! I will also be posting on all casino review sites.
UPDATE: Have now warned players on casinomeister forum and that is just the start. They have the licence from UKGC and who are they to ignore the rules when it suits them. Am also writing to my MP as this topic a hot potato right now. I am not being mugged off when I have played somewhere with a UKGC licence and they are openly breaching those terms. If they can do that in such an arrogant manner what else are they up to. UKGC will find out.
UPDATE: Have now had an apology from the management who say they will look into the breach of UKGC licence regulations which is progress on the last rude and indifferent response to this serious issue. Lets hope this is resolved satisfactorily. Will post on their response.
