Writing here because I regret not seeing these reviews before buying from them. Ordered a piece from them in october, and due to size issue requested them for an exchange. They agreed. The delivery guy checked and picked up the return. Once the product was delivered to them they initially confirmed that they had recieved the right product and my exchange request moved forward. The next day I recieved an email from them claiming that I had not returned the right product. I argued that the product was checked and then picked up by the delivery agent. They vehemently denied this saying this doesn't prove anything. I argued that the parcel should have the reciept in it and if not then the parcel had been tampered with. They told me that the parcel didn't have any reciept inside it. But after a few days, the receipt magically appeared. I enquired how they had found the reciept after denying it, to which they didn't respond, which is obvious because well, they are scammers!!!
Lost money and more importantly my mental peace and trust with online businesses.
Please don't buy from them and if you do please keep videos and pictures for your financial security so you don't have to argue with them proving that you were wronged.

Hi i am also facing a similar experience, no after sales service

Sizes are really haywire as compared to other brands, their bralettes are very small in cup size, may be a B cup with different underbust bands, so anyone with C or above, pls avoid buying their bralettes, the dont exchange them too

I made a purchase of 2 items from untung on 11 March 2023 under order id 9534. On 15 March 2023, the return parcel was picked up by delivery representatives, details of which have already been shared with unsung's employees but our request is getting rejected saying that the pickup was never done by Untung Team. We have never faced such an absurd challenge with any other e-commerce website. Getting money back is a far cry, we are not even getting the store credits on our wallet for the items we returned.
