Lamentable expérience

J’ai commandé le 01/07/25 sur ce site eu Hollande un bulbe d’un Alocasia Cuprea Pink variegata. Il est arrivé le 10/07/25 dans un très mauvais état les racines toutes desséchées et pourries pour certaines et j’ai contacté le vendeur Coen Donkers propriétaire du site dès réception du colis pour lui montrer les photos du bulbe et la garantie sur son site est de 7 jours après livraison. Sa réponse était juste de m’envoyer un lien sur YouTube d’un homme qui plantait un bulbe d’un autre Alocasia et parler en anglais ! Après plusieurs messages il a accepté 4 semaines après de me renvoyer un bulbe de remplacement. J’ai payé encore cet envoie par PayPal. Aucunes réponses de lui après avoir payé cet envoi ?! Alors j’ai dû lancer un litige avec PayPal et 8 jours après PayPal a clos ce litige en ma faveur et j’ai été rembourser. Je déconseille fortement de commander chez ce vendeur et de ne jamais payer avec CB ! Il vend aussi sur ESTY
