Terrible experience and non-existent customer service. I bought a 1GB/7-day eSIM for Portugal, and it never activated. I contacted support, provided my ICCID, and they simply stopped replying to my emails while my 7-day validity expired. I paid for a service I never received. Avoid this company at all costs, I am now requesting a chargeback from my bank
Very easy setup. I downloaded the app, chose Italy, they had the cheapest 10gb option for $5 euro!!!! For 30 days!! After payment I did manual setup and it worked great. Routed to Orange FR in Italy. Great 5G and very good price.
