I bought this product less than two years ago, and it completely broke down. The first time it broke down was that the light inside was broken. I bought the lamp tube again, and it was less than half a year after the lamp tube was replaced. I think this product is very convenient to use, but the quality is really poor. It's not cheap, but it doesn't last very long. Cost performance is too low. Do not recommend buying, the frequency of bad too high

Provided it actually works (i.e. it kills bacteria - which I cannot verify), this product is highly recommended! I cannot be more grateful at how much it has simplified the sterilising process. It's practically self cleaning as well so that's one less thing to do for busy parents!

The product is awesome, easy to use but I order grey colour not yellow but anyway its ok. Highly recommend it for someone who have a first baby. Feel more confident when I take care for the baby

The best thing we bought since our daughter’s birth, it’s saved us so much time and effort to sanitise her bottles, rattles and toys.

I am very happy with the uPang, very easy to use and can fit a lot of items. I did not buy it for baby bottles. I bought it for my CPAP items and anything that requires sterilisation.
When sterilised the items do not smell, I have heard of other brands machines smell. It is also soooo quiet I forget it is on.

This is our 2nd upang sterilizer as we have decided to upgrade for a bigger capacity from the previous upang generation. We recommend it highly and it is one of our best baby purchases. We love it so much that we’ve used our older sterilizer to disinfect any personal equipment that we bring to and from work like our phones and watches.

I gave them 3 stars because the replacement LED bulbs are quite expensive in addition to the shipping fee. But i got my order the next day which is a good thing.

Great service and good communication. The product is easy to use and amazing! We use it at least twice a day!

After a year the light bulbs broke. Another negative point is that you can see the UV light . That's very bad . The latest design of this machine is smarter. I am fine with this but I would recommend you to check out the latest version of this.

Great steriliser! We’ve had this machine for over six months and it has made bottle sterilising much easier.

Love my upang - best thing I bought by far - so way to use and compact so can stay on the bench all the time - fits in a lot more than you expect too!
