Kim was just out of this world and so genuine and considerate. Any process like this is so hard and emotional especially for those who's loved ones are being used and she's preserved my boys beautifully. Losing a pet is so hard and when she said she could put both my rabbits together after they were apart for 5 years meant so much.
You only need to send a small amount of them to her and she produces something this amazing.
