This company is a total SCAM

This company is a total SCAM. Avoid at all costs. They don't give you the option to cancel your subscription, which is done on purpose, so they can keep billing your credit card. Their support email address doesn't work; you get a failure notification stating the email address does not exist.

Never Received Subscription That I Paid For!!!

Ive contacted them twice at the contact email they provide and have gotten no response. I purchased a subscription and never received it!! They just took my money without giving me the use of the product/platform. How do I get my money back!! Please don't respond with “contact us at this email” because i have done that already twice!!

I have written to them twice now using…

I have written to them twice now using the email on the website to cancel and refund my membership but I seem to be getting nowhere. I have had no reply or acknowledgement that my message has been received.

Very very bad

Very very bad. Because I use it many times to humanize my content and other GPT detectors detect the content.
