I had such high hopes for Upcircle......buying cleansers, peptide serum, face cream, eye cream ,night cream, face oil.....but my face is so sore, red patches,bumps & itchy.
I have stopped using it. Very disappointing 😞

Upcircle has been a wonderful company to purchase cosmetic products from so far! I was looking for low-waste packaging with products that wouldn’t break me out, and all of their formulations and packaging have proven to be the real deal. Their customer service is excellent and gets back to you quickly if there’s ever any questions or order issues, their rewards program and sales are better than average, their shipping packaging is effective and eco friendly… basically they get it all right and seem to really care. They definitely earned a long-term customer here!

I love these products; they have changed my skin. I have so many people asking what I've been using. I struggled with dark circles under my eyes; this is the first thing that has worked for me.

I have been using Upcircle shampoo, conditioner and cleanser for the past couple of months. All of the products are gorgeous. They smell incredible, make my hair and skin feeling amazing and the packaging is beautiful. I have a subscription and it’s such good value for money.

Love the shampoo and conditioner and have bought the boxes of samples for travel and given to friends, quality products .

Love this company! They are Ethical, Natural, Cruelty Free and their products are amazing. I especially love their shampoo and body oil. Another thing that I really like about them is that they have sample sachets of all of their products. Most companies don't do that and expect you to pay full price for something you may not find suitable. Their customer service is great too. Highly recommended. Thank you 💚 xx

I thought I would give these products a try and I am so happy to say that they are fabulous My skin has not looked this good for years honestly and I would highly recommend to everyone to give these products a go

I bought eye cream. Loved it. Bought a spare +peptide x2. Didn't know ide subscribed eye cream. Allergic to peptide, after advice swapped for oat face wash +day cream.. No charges!. Admin team answered in a couple of hours not days.
Eye cream sub came with free full sunscreen moisturizer +free sachets. Used hair products last night and they're fantastic.
Found out you supply to Spain when we move, found out how to SKIP order but can still get now. I was worried about subscription and admin explained everything and I'm not techy...
I've given sample as away and I can truly say ever works beautifully.
I only used eye cream on 1 eye for 2weeks +my husband asked if I had a black eye! On the unused side!.
This is one of the best companies, with quality products I've probably ever used. I'm 68 soon and I've tried lots

Website easy to follow. Full explanation of products and their contents.
I particularly like the eye cream which reduced my puffiness and the facial sunscreen.
Both are easily absorbed but provide a good level of moisture.
The sunscreen has protected my face even over the excoriating heat at the present time.
I will continue to use these products.

Eye cream and eye roller is a must have for tired,overworked eyes. Family member uses them daily,with great results and no irritation. Looking forward to using the cleanser, which they described as " fancy schmansy!" Company ethos and products are a winner.

I’ve tried the hair care range and hand and body products. I have very fine hair and my hair feels so much better and stronger with these products. I am very allergic to a lot of products but so far both of these ranges have suited my very sensitive skin.

I'm so happy that I have switched my skin routine to UpCircle products. I find them to be good for my skin and give me the results that I was looking for. I won't be changing. The customer service is also excellent. They come back with a response quickly and they do everything to meet my request or question.

This is my first order from UpCircle and so far I love it. Lovely light textures, smells great. Sinks into the skin so well. Love the bits of advise given about the time gap re pores for ultimate performance of the products. It works for me. Just to know you are putting natural products on your skin and all the packaging is eco friendly makes you feel great. After only a week my skin feels so much more hydrated and glowing. I have very sensitive skin skin since turning sixty but I’ve had no irritation or redness. Can’t wait to see and feel how my skin will feel in a few months. Also had an issue with delivery but this was sorted with no issue very quickly, great customer service.

I love this brand! I have just purchased the new rice cleanser and it's something special. It is really easy to use, it cleanses very well and leaves my skin soft. It's just amazing

From the first use , I fell in love with the products, face cleansing balm removes make up effortlessly, followed by the foaming face wash, my skin felt amazing so clean, and super soft. I then indulged in the eye cream a light formula, easily absorbed and not greasy at all. I look forward to expanding the range of products I use. Super happy would wholeheartedly recommend

Have been using and loving upcircle products for a while. Recently experienced issues with delivery, upcircle customer service could not be more helpful, and immediately responsive to help get it resolved. Fantastic service.

I'm really glad I made the switch to upcircle, I've found all the skin care products amazing! I use the cleansing balm to remove make and then second cleanse with the milky cleanser, I then spritz with the toner which feels so refreshing, then i use the moisturizer, which is lovely, then end with the oil, which leaves my skin feeling so soft! I received the new cleanser this week, which is the powder form and love it! It lathers beautifully and leaves skin feeling so refreshed..

I have bought many products and encouraged friends to buy too, which they have. I liked the philosophy and the previous customer service.
I bought a bottle of their perfume in TK Maxx, delighted to have found it £10 cheaper than direct and of course no postage. Although I wear perfume daily I did not open immediately as it had been a chance purchase and box was fully sealed. I guess I had it about 10 weeks when I opened it. Huge difference between subtle and nothing. I thought I’d lost my ability to smell but friends and family confirmed I hadn’t. I tried it for nearly two weeks, then wrote to customer services. They were patronising in their advice and although I had explained all including I no longer had receipt they told me to take it back to the shop. When I emailed in response they did not reply.
In my opinion I totally wasted my money and I no longer believe that up circle care about whether I am a customer or not. I will share my experience with those I know. I wonder have up circle grown so much us small loyal purchasers do not matter. There are other companies with the same ethos. A very disappointed customer
