Not sure where to start

Not sure where to start, it says you would get a response within 60 minutes from a GP for a sick note but is been quite a few hours and still have not received anything, not even a confirmation email about the payment. Sent an email and no sight of a response at all, whats going on?? Edit: as suggested by the FAQs if not received within hours to submit a new request, well, I am stuck in this endless loop where it says my number is not valid, what a shamble of a company, I really hope I will get the money back!

Really good experience

Really good experience. Filled out a consultation form and within 3 hours had a prescription to treat an extremely painful trapped nerve. Excellent update system

Very straightfoward

I founf the site incredibly helpful and easy to use. The whole process was very sImple –I completed an online form with my details and request, and within a few minutes my prescription was issued.

I was away from home at the time and couldn’t get a GP appointment quickly enough, so this service worked really, really, really well for me. I was able to take the prescription straight to my local Boots and have it filled without any problems.

Fast, efficient and stress-free. I would highly recommend this service and will absolutely consider using it agan future.

Need to be more fair

While the service was quick, efficient and easy to use, unfortunately it was not fair. I needed a prescription for a treatment (as the medication is for long term use) but they gave me one month of medication only, and said if I want for further months I would need to pay a monthly subscription. Considering the amount I paid, they should have been more considerate to provide the prescription needed and required, not only for a month.
Edit: I received a reply offering to amend the issue, which is very considerate from them. I do suggest making this detail clear in the website, to avoid similar problems. Thanks anyways for your support.

All prescriptions on our platform are issued by your Partner Doctor, who determines the most clinically appropriate option based on the information provided. For the medication you were prescribed, it is standard practice to issue the quantity supplied, with repeat prescriptions required for longer-term use. As the prescription had already been dispensed by the pharmacy at the time you contacted us, unfortunately no changes could be made. However, when preferences or questions are raised before dispensing, we’re always happy to pass these on to your Partner Doctor for review.

We completely understand how this situation may have felt frustrating. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to refund your one-off consultation fee should you wish to request another consultation, so you can share this information with your Partner Doctor. This offer still stands, and we’d be more than happy to help.

At best a scam

At best a scam. Claim to be able to offer you a prescription. Before it’s been issued they’ve changed it to a subscription.

They then say they can’t issue it.

At which point you have to wait for refund.

I required a bacdated sick note aswell…

I required a bacdated sick note aswell as the same note to carry my sickness till about another 9 days from the present as it's almost impossible to get apt at my gp and a huge hassle. And I definitely needed the note to get paid from work. So for the price of around 45 I got a quick online consultation where I was asked some questions uploaded some id had to a quick video give some details on ailments as well as NHS number etc and with in about 3 hours I had my personally stamped by doctor sick/fit note in PDF format. Hopefully gets accepted at my work too. I'm very happy with everything so far

Urgent prescription delivered in less than 30 minutes

I needed an urgent prescription today on New Year's day Bank Holiday. I received it in less than 30 minutes thanks to one of the doctors are Updoc! I managed to find a Boots that was opened despite the bank holiday and now have my medicine! Everything went smoothly and would truly recommend this service!

Efficient service and delivery of result

Updoc was suggested to me as our surgery wasn't open over the weekend and I needed a prescription for a chest infection which had gone on for over 2 weeks without any sign of clearing.
Registering with Updoc was not complicated, and communication was good and also thorough, ie. I was asked appropriate questions about my condition.
Within a few hours a prescription was obtained and taken to the chemists for fulfilment.
