No idea if it's the best but it's pretty good.

Been using Updraft for 3 years now. A great app, especially for migration purposes. Back-ups are a breeze to configure and we use Dropbox («Plus» account) for storage and it works seamlessly. And the support is awesome (fast and reliable). Thanks Nick for the great service.

Works very well once you understandall the settings. It was a bit confusing to set up linking with other sites. Extra storage is expensive so set back up copies low to not have storage issues.

The level of customer service at UpdraftPlus is beyond amazing, and to be honest, quite rare in today's world. Nick was an absolute legend. If you need anything about migrating / cloning / backups, look no further. This plugin and this team will ENSURE you get more than your money's worth, even when everyone's lost hope. They are the best, and I will keep supporting them for as long as I have a website up & running. Thanks so much Nick, and all the team at Updraft. 10 stars.

Just started using their product - I was blown away by the incredible customer service. I mistakenly purchased the wrong option because I hadn’t properly read all the info - and they even volunteered that I could refund the purchase & suggested the best solution. Can’t fault them - amazing company and will definitely stick with their products in the future.

I'm a bit late in leaving this reply, I started using UpdraftPlus in 2013 when it was first launched, I'm a paying customer ever since (12 years as I type this!)

I'd honestly say it's business-life-changing, I almost use this daily for migrating staging to live sites, cloning and of course leaving it to do daily or in some cases hourly backups to cloud storage.

A bit like a family member or partner, I forget how I rely so much on this reliable and essential service.

Very Useful plugin, up to date and perfect

After struggling to solve a problem - self inflicted) I had to give up and go to sleep. I had the last "smart thought" for the day - lets leave a message for the Helpdesk - maybe they will magically solve it by morning. . .
Guess what? Woke up and the email was there - "Problem Solved!" that is just like 6 hours later!

The process of restoring a website is very simple and intuitive, even for a beginner. In a few minutes I managed to restore my website as it was, thank you so much for creating such a valuable tool!

Good and Easy Backup plugin for my wordpress website

Been a year-long customer and i am very satisfied with the product and especially the support. I had some problems with renewals because the VAT was added even though i had my VAT ID entered. Everything was solved in just one day!

Solid customer service, and product that with very few exceptions "just works." Gives me a lot of peace of mind and allows me to serve my web design clients well.

I was having issues with understanding how to implement a pro copy of Updraft. A quick ticket to their support had a fast response and they really could not have been any more helpfull. Even though the problem was with me and not their software, they kept helping until the issue was resolved.

Their support is the best I have experienced to date. I am soo happy with the product and very sattisfied with the support when needed. This is a great company :)

Disappointing Support Overshadows a Promising Product

I was initially drawn to updraftplus.com product because it showed real potential. However, my experience with their support has been nothing short of frustrating. After encountering an error while trying to use the plugin, I reached out for help. Although I received an initial reply, it didn’t address the issue, and since then, I’ve been met with complete radio silence. Good support is crucial, and without it, even the best product falls flat. Save yourself the hassle—if you’re expecting reliable assistance, you might want to look elsewhere.
