Another house sale and purchase using UpEstates and another great experience, Becky handled my sale and purchase and was fantastic throughout a real credit to the company and nothing was ever too much trouble for her, Charlotte and Aliya also were a pleasure to deal with.
I wouldn't use any other agent in Nuneaton or Coventry.

I had a very positive experience working with Aliya Uddin and the entire team at Up Estates. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the sale process. Aliya was always quick to respond and readily available whenever I had any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I will definitely come back to Up Estates in the future.

Up Estates were wonderful from start to finish. Special mention must go to Charlotte for the stunning photos, Alliya for the constant communication during marketing, and Emily and Demi for determined sales progression. I particularly liked the online portal showing sales progression from both buyer and seller. Coupled with the competitive fees, I'm extremely happy, and will be using Up Estates again.

We contacted Up Estates to list our house for sale, and they were proactive and helpful. The photos were fantastic, and the listing did a brilliant job of representing our home.

Booking viewings with Becky and the team was a breeze - they are so quick to respond and did a great job of handling viewing requests. The advertising clearly worked as we had loads of viewings and agreed the sale within a couple of weeks.

We were then transitioned over to our sales progressor, Emily, who was supportive and attentive, regularly checking in with us and providing useful updates.

While searching for our onward purchase we had contact with 17 different agents in the area and none of them are close to the response times, information, and general effort level seen at Up Estates.

From start to finish, the service was 5-stars. Everyone we spoke to at the business clearly cares about doing a great job. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I have just sold a property with Upestates that I had previously been letting with Upestates. They found me a buyer who wanted to take on both the house and the wonderful tenants that were living there. Thereby getting me a good price within a few weeks and also not having to have a house empty of tenants. Everything went very well no real problems at all and everything completed within about 13 weeks after agreeing a price. Awesome job well done by Upestates 🤠😎👍

Just completed my purchase for a buy to let property with Up Estates , best ever experience from start to finish, firstly dealt in person with Aliya Uddin , Aliya was so professional and personable at the same time great way of dealing with me and was very accommodating with viewing the property and super efficient , She is a true professional and a hospitable person and met my kids on the second house visit too , the communication was spot on and timely , true credit to Up estates , I then dealt with Emily which was mainly via email and phone and again I can say the same for her too , very productive and efficient and to the point , no-one was pushy at any stage just really helpful , Had a brief chat with Chris from lettings again very attentive and polite , finally I dealt with Elena from lettings via email and phone and wow I was so impressed with how quickly she got my account set up and rent transferred within a day , just truly amazing all-round service and I have dealt with many estate agents and letting agents , however Up estates stand way above . Cannot thank this team enough for helping navigate this purchase . I would highly recommend this team and Up estate agents .

We recently used Up Estates for the sale of a property in Kenilworth. From the very first meeting to complete all initial sale particulars, including excellent drone footage, we have received an excellent service from the whole team at Up Estates. The sales team worked tirelessly to promote our property. They conducted all viewings and gave excellent feedback from any of the viewers. Once a sale was agreed they kept us fully informed of all required information and vendor requests. So this sale went through extremely smoothly and everyone was completely at ease with the sale/purchase. I would definitely recommend Up Estates to anyone looking to sell their property.

Initial contact with the agency was great. Met and spoke to one of their founding directors, who was genuine and very honest. He left some time ago.

Since then, it seem the company's communication and personal relationship dealings with their customers is more like speaking to a ChatGPT bot and in some cases, this was the case as their emails had the hallmarks of automated and very formal responses, along with the use of American terminology.

In addition, there were many occasions where requesting updates and sending reminders became the norm.

Finally, a number of blunders made me realise that they are simply unorganised, forgetful and simply, just showing their 'professional' caring face.

Really happy with the service Up Estates provided. They were prompt to get my property advertised and found me multiple perspective tenants within a week. Excellent communication too. Thanks Chloe!

Communication was clear and helpful. Great liaison with solicitors and purchasers. Easy to contact and get answers to questions. Transparent fixed fees. Supportive and responsive to queries.

Elena was very patient and helpful while waiting for the delays from my previous landlord. Upon receipt of the required information, very speedily helped get me moved in.

AVOID - This experience is far too long to fit into the text box. Please Please avoid this estate agents - The service you receive whilst you are signing up is amazing, once you have done that its all downhill, and it is not an understatement to say ours was horrific. If you do not listen to the review at the very least do not be conned into using their solicitors, again - horrific. If you want your sale to be lost after 6 months of hell because you and your buyer are lied to then these the people for you. If you have any issues and you want them ignored these are the people for you. If you are talked to and treated like you have done something wrong, again these are the people for you. If I could give a zero/minus score I would for the financial and trashed mental health. If you don't want all that, please please go elsewhere - I wish I listened when I was warned.
