Upgrade was easy to navigate

Upgrade was easy to navigate. One of the things I love most about this company is its straight forward. No hidden fees, no extra hoops to jump throw. I’ve used Upgrade for years without any issues and I’d highly recommend.

Great place

I love this type of loans because always has good deal but i least you guys can lower the interest to those people with good credit score. Credit scores means a lot. I will continued with you guys

Extremely laborious loan process

Extremely laborious loan process ! The worst I've ever seen. Loan officers have an almost neverending list of documentation that you need to give them. W2,check stubs, employment verification, drivers license, birth certificate, 2 years tax returns, 2 years tax transcripts, social security card, another tax form called w4056, credit check, & lastly, they want you to make a selfie video pledging you understand the loan terms! Unbelievable process. Crazy high interest rates & process fees. There are other loan companies. Do yourself a favor & leave Upgrade behind.
