Great to have my Lap Top back in full working order! It didn't give any error messages, just kept freezing, so Tom was working in the dark. Reasonably priced & good to support a local business. Would have given a '5' - except the Business selfishly closed during half-term as he obviously prioritised his family. Actually- he should receive a '6' rating for this :) In fairness, Tom did reply quickly by email, as to the time expectations - & then it became my choice. I'd recommend!

Also, extremely good value for money.

From first enquiry with Tom to the completion of the computer this was a great experience.

We needed a computer quickly to replace the one being used to edit a feature film with a set deadline. Tom answered all questions, discussed specs and requirements and put together a computer that has worked like a dream for editing a 4K, 2hr 15min movie.

Highly recommended and will definitely be using him again as we expand our studio.

This chap absolutely saved my bacon, completed the work fast and was done to a fantastic standard. After shearing the CMOS Terminal off my motherboard I should have been toast (new motherboard & CPU would come to £300+ for anywhere near current spec). Upgraded IT managed to solder the terminal back on to the board which really shouldn't have been possible - I can't thank you enough sir.

I was surprised to see a negative review, however that clearly looks like that someone that has no understanding of the process.

I did not reveal that I work in tech and have a good idea of what I'm doing. I'm convinced any other shop would have twisted my arm to buy new parts.
