Good for me!!!

I have had them calling me on and off for a few weeks now and finally answered. I thought it was a scam and kept asking them for their company details etc. but turns out they are legitimate.

I had an upgrade, no phone included as I have what I want. They gave me more minutes and an extra gb for £2 less a month.

So for me it has worked out just great. But like I say, I wasn't waiting for a phone, but my new sim turned up a couple days later.
They are not scam artists as far as I am aware

Repeated spammy phone calls

I have had numerous phone calls from company, claiming that they are O2 partners. I have asked them politely to stop calling, but that didn't work. I tried telling the to eff-off, which I had to repeat a couple of times -they then rang off, only to call back immediately.

They told me that I shouldn't talk to them like that, that it wasn't polite. I pointed out that I don't need to be polite - they called me.

Useless

Several promises of call back never materialised. Total waste of time dealing with this company

Perhaps the worst buying experience of my life!

This has been perhaps one of the worst buying experiences of my life! At first (to secure my business) they presented as helpful and informative. I requested an I-Phone; clearly stating what I was hoping to be able to do with it. I was advised that the I-Phone was not available through my service provider. I was advised instead that the HTC HD2 would meet all my requirements. It was 6 weeks and several calls before my phone finally arrived only for me to discover that it did not support the primary use I had clearly indicated I wanted. It has now been a further 6 weeks of my phoning UPGRADEEXPERTS.COM and being told that the manager would call me; we even scheduled times for him to do so. I still await that call! As if this was not frustrating enough, I have also yet to receive the Ipod, promised as an inducement to upgrade with them. In addition, "Mistakes" were made in the service inclusions; Though to be fair, these were rectified but only after I was able to prove that it was in fact what had been agreed. But the final straw has been that I have today now been advised that I should not have accepted the information and advice given to me by UPGRADEEXPERTS.COM's "Expert" on agreeing to upgrade but should instead have gone and done my own research; that it was now no longer their problem, they could not help me!This has been a shockingly poor buying experience. I wonder if T-Mobile know how their upgrades are being sold by this Company?

Misleading Free Gifts

I contacted upgradeexperts who arranged for my upgrade of phone and tarif, however part of the attraction to use their services was the offer of a choice of free gifts. The website gave a number of choices including a 4gb ipod shuffle which I chose. The one sent was a 1gb . After contacting them I was told that this was the offer until 1st of July after which the 4gb was the gift. Nowhere on the website did it mention this, the advertising was clear a 4gb ipod shuffle. Very disappointed with the misleading advertising.
Update: 10/07/10 I have been contacted today by Upgradeexperts who have offered to send me the 4gb I pod shuffle and did apologise advising that this was an error. I am pleased overall with the outcome and their swift response.
