Before we can proceed, please reply to this email confirming your request to cancel and acknowledging that you’ve reviewed and agreed to the following:
Upgrade Labs requires a 30-day cancellation notice.
If a billing date falls within that 30-day period, you will receive one final charge, and your membership will remain active until the end of the notice window.
Your official cancellation date will be the date we receive your confirmation reply.
Once we receive your confirmation reply, your cancellation will be processed and finalized accordingly.

I sent an email to this person asking for cancellation on 11-29-2025 and was advised on the phone that the email I sent was sufficient for cancellation with no further charges. I received this email from Upgrade Labs December 1st stating that they would make the cancellation after they received confirmation from this email. What kind of business does this???? I blocked their business from making any further charges on my credit card. This seems to be a desperate way to keep customers. Come on Upgrades Labs. Try to do better! Level Up spa in Liberty Lake would never do this! They are the best biohacking spa in the area! I just wanted to try Upgrade Lab’s Ammortal Bed for a month and did not expect to be charged for two months as there was nothing stating this when signing up. What a scam to keep customers. I might have been an ongoing customer like I have been for 4 years with Level Up Spa had I been treated differently. The staff member was condescending and threatening to cancel the month I did pay for because I didn’t want to pay for two months. How horrible is this?
