I paid $15 for a 6 month subscription. For the first month and a half it worked perfectly, but I got a message saying that I was kicked out of my family plan.
I emailed the support team the same day or so and waited 3 weeks. No reply.
I sent another email a couple of days ago. No reply. If this experiment had worked or they had replied and made things better, I would have subscribed for a whole year next. But suffice to say, that ain't happening now.

I upgraded this account (6$) about 2 months ago. At first, I was kicked out of my family plans after a few hours. Then I created a new acount, renewed my key, being kicked again.

I was mad so I mailed developers. They said maybe I should change my account country to the USA because it was their most stable one. I did, it didn't work so I asked for a refund.

A few days later, they replied my email, wondering if I could try one more time as the platform had just been updated. I tried with my first acount, luckily it didn't say "Your account has been upgraded less than 12 months". It worked!

The developers are really supportive, my account is now stable after many times of failure. I belive you should be patient. Good luck!
