Plenty of updates before installation. Engineer turned up on time, in fact early, so that was good. He was efficient and helpful. Got most items logged in to internet however when I had trouble getting my tv linked in and called Upp the response was poor with no assistance what so ever. It took me all day plus time the following day to sort this out. Now logged in.

Easy process to set up. Engineer was prompt polite and explained exactly what he was doing and asked my preferance as to where I wanted the box located.

Excellent service and advice, from the local rep. Prior to installation date, the fibre was brought to the house. The actual installation was faultless carried out by a friendly and competent engineer. I now have broadband at a good price and a good speed. I am very satisfied.

Great friendly service. Had a problem waking up the next day and the fibre cable suddenly stop working but you was quick to send someone out that very morning to fix it. I will highly recommend you to my friends

The preinstallation and installation processes were fantastic and the broadband was excellent- until I had a fault and lost my broadband
Once this happens you are on your own. You can chat with an agent but all they do is apologise and promise to contact you with a timeline for restoration of the service - but never do
You can contact by phone if you are prepared to wait over 20 minutes. Again promise to contact you but don’t
There is no way of contacting them over a weekend
I’m about to enter day 7 with no broadband and still no idea if it will be restored
Be very very wary be signing up to UPP
EDIT: After 7 days I finally got to chat with an agent called Guy. He thoroughly looked into the problem (it was complex) and rang me to update me on progress. Thank you Guy 👍
Finally the broadband is restored!
All i can say so far is "brilliant".
What a fantastic professional service you provide, from applying to the equipment being installed. The installers were friendly and professional and got the job done in a very quick time. Thank you. I would recommend ++++

Good broadband service delivered at stated speeds.
Took two months get installed. Very limited number of engineers available for the installs.

I had problems with the connection over the weekend, which was quite frustrating! However an engineer arrived on Monday and managed to correct the fault and it was soon up and running and has been fine since. Thank you Upp for your prompt response

Upp engineer was lovely. Explained everything, took time to make sure everything was working. Very little disruption.
Very happy to have decent speed broadband (500mbps), especially as other providers were only quoting 67mbps.

Took a long time to get broadband. Installed, had to ring them up twice to see what was happening. (they do not keep you up-to-date with what’s going on) Finally on the day of installation. They arrive only to say they haven’t got a certain part and will be 20 minutes, when they finally got back just over an hour later, it finally got installed. Very pleased with the actual product
