We have just upgraded from BT to UPP…Love It!

We have just upgraded from BT to UPP after nearly 4 years of struggling to achieve 51mbps download speed we are now hitting a whopping 522mbps! They are cheaper than BT and the customer service is great, well done that local company! Jack who completed the installation was amazing as he had to drill through to the outside of the house from our kitchen which was done with precision and care. He made sure he cleaned up, set up the app and made sure I was happy with the install before he left. Thank you for upgrading us to what we thought we couldn't achieve as we live in a small village.

I would recommend Upp

I would recommend Upp. We have had excellent service from signing up to it being installed. Jamie, who installed the system, answered any questions we had and even helped me to put the App onto my phone. He tidied up after his work and checked we were satisfied with everything before he left. The internet is much better than our previous Company and is faster.

Excellent service...

Install date arrived and Nathan the engineer arrived promptly. All credit to Nathan, he identified a fault with the new service and organised for a Nokia engineer to attend and fix so we could have the broadband service activated on the same day. Fantastic service.

Fab and quick installation.

Chris Dragon the engineer was extremely helpful did the job really quickly keeping me informed of everything that was being done and did a very tidy job. Didnt leave till it was completely tested and online and even tidied the cables as requested. Highly professional job!

Problems on the internet line 12 hours later that lasted for about 12 hours, but back online now with flying speeds. Highly recommend!

Great WiFi With A Competitive Price

Great WiFi with a really great price. I’m paying half I was with BT with the exact same speed/service. The app is also a lot better and easier to use than BTs and the router is a more advanced and up to date.

Adam and Cain got us fixed really…

Adam and Cain got us fixed really quickly. Our broadband went down and after getting through quickly to customer services they had a team with us in less than 20 minutes.
They quickly identified an issue with the fibre and soon had it fixed and back up and running.
I work from home and needed to be online quickly which they fixed as well as checking speed and testing the connection. Big thanks to the guys for such a speedy, professional and efficient resolution.

Good turnaround so far..

I signed up with Upp a while back and did not have the best of starts. I was advised my installation would be delayed due to external works required which was unexpected and left me in quite the predicament. After no positive updates for nearly a month, I raised this to customer services and asked for the required works to be escalated. After speaking to an agent and awaiting the advised timeframe, I still heard absolutely nothing again which led me to calling up once again. I then spoken to an advisor called Kian who assured that he would get this sorted as a priority and will contact back by the end of the day with a date for the works and of course I was certainly skeptical because of my poor experience. Within a few hours I received a call back from Kian confirming the date for the civils work which immensely turned my experience around. I want to thank Kian for his honesty and true efforts to get this sorted for me which turned my review from being poor to extremely positive. You are a credit and I hope the positive experience continues with Upp and I will look forward to being installed 👍

Brilliant all round

2 guys turned up early which was great.. Install,and setting everything up was spot on.
I have a booster box as well and so far everything works brilliantly and the speeds of 900 is spot on.
I'm delighted with how everything went,and very professional.Cleaned up all the mess and took it away.
Can't fault anything from selecting Upp,to installation date and install.
