Buyer beware! Went to see a podiatrist and unknown to me was signed up for Upperline Health telemed which was charging my insurance company $60.00 without my knowledge. Didn't sign up for the service, don't want it, didn't know I had it until I received an Explanation of Benefits. It's a ripoff!!!
Did not even know that I was a Upperline health care patient until they start to fraudulently bill medicare for a product I never signed up for.. Upperline is fraudulent billing Medicare. I went to a podiatrist that was part of the Upperline group, which I didn't realize until after the fact. Upperline started to bill my medicare for an Advanced primary care management that I NEVER Signed up for and only discovered it 6 months later when I checked my medicare claims. Wonder how many people they are doing this to. I have tried cancelling. Upperline said they cancelled but now I get text message from them that I never did before. This company is committing FRAUD
Ordered custom inserts. Went to pick them up. REFUSED to let me. TWICE now!!!
