Great ordering process/ Product is not working
The ordering process went well, the proof came quickly, and the stickers arrived quite fast - customer service wise - 5 stars. The product itself is a problem - I purchased stickers for 8oz water bottles and they do not stick to the bottles - I left them as they came and the do not wrap around without wrinkling I trimmed them in the rough shape of the logo and still they are not sitting flat on the bottle and they are not sticking to the bottles (either left rectangular or a rough cut in the shape of the logo). This is rather disappointing and is not a professional look for my upcoming event.

Best printing experience I've had
Such an easy process for uploading my design and understanding how it would look with the differenr materials. The speed was insanely fast and I am incredibly impressed with the results. The notepads i got were perfect and for the price is incredible.

Product is awesome and high quality. Will give us a professional look. Production and shipping were quick. One thing that would be great is if the product (step and repeat banner) came with a pvc pipe to wrap the vinyl around.

Perfect for Wedding DIY Projects
My experience with UPrinting was incredibly positive. I ordered foam poster board with very unique specifications for a Table Assignment Display for my wedding. I didn't find comparable options in terms of price and quality to other vendors, and I was really impressed with what they were able to do. I had the opportunity to review the proof before printing, and when I realized I needed to make a correction, it was very easy to work with UPrinting staff. All around so grateful that the UPrinting was able to print and ship my unique order very quickly.

Buyer beware scam alert
Rubbish quality and customer support. I submitted pics with my caliper measuring the first batch of 70# paper at 0.0045" thick and the second batch received which was clearly thinner and a cheaper grade of paper coming in at 0.0035" thick. Courtney emailed back with the same response as before stating they needed detailed information. I can't get more detailed than the information I already have submitted.

Easy reordering. Timely email updates on the order's status and shipping. Carefully wrapped with lots of paper so that all 1,000 stickers arrived in great shape. I will definitely order again as the colors are vibrant, the font is crisp and clear, and the sticker quality is excellent.
