Ordered a Merida Scultura at 8am on the Thursday, was delivered to me up in the Scottish Highlands lunchtime the next day and delivery was free. Absolutely delighted. Will definitely use Uprise again. Excellent service.

Really cannot recommend this bike shop highly enough. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was extremely patient as I dithered over all the options and tried out numerous bikes. I got great advice but in a totally non-pushy way. The after service is excellent too. It is so much better than just buying online. If you’re thinking about buying an e-bike I would suggest going to see them and having a chat. They’ll also make you a lovely cup of coffee…

When ordered the bike came remarkably quickly with only the bars to straighten out.

Competitive prices and fast shipping but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a new bike and when it arrived, I had a couple of queries. I sent them an e-mail but never got a reply. A few days later I sent a reminder which they answered but only partially. So I e-mailed them again and, again, they did not reply. I spent nearly £3,000 with them and they don't seem to care about answering e-mails. I always think bike shops should be about more than just sales. They should also be a point of reference for information and advice. Sadly, Uprise do not seem to agree. I was also sent a checklist with my new bike. You ticked the box to say bell was fitted (it wasn't). You ticked the box to say front and rear reflectors were fitted (they weren't). It makes me wonder if the bike was checked at all before leaving your warehouse. I wont be buying from Uprise in the future. Quite disappointing.

I can’t express enough how good the service was by the staff in the E bike showroom, very warm and welcoming.
I told them what I was looking for and they run me through various options and explained everything very well.
I will definitely be going back there and would most certainly recommend anyone to go there.

Uprise Bikes emailed to warn me of the uncertain supply of my ordered product. However within just a few days the product was delivered to my door. I appreciated being kept up to date with the supply problem and the ordered cap arrived in time for Christmas and as expected, is of great quality. The only skull cap we've found that fits my husband's head!

Tom and the crew was very friendly. Wasn't sure what bike to get. I ask a lot of questions and Tom was very knowledgeable. Tom show me around the shop to what was in my price range on Saturday. Came back on Monday and walk out with a really good spec bike (highly recommended) thanks again

I returned a Bike as not fit for Journey, and under Powered on hills,Was charged £411 for doing 9 miles and no mention off anything on returns policy,As charged 12% as bike classed as used now and noticed no milage put down on paperwork on buying,Was told on phone a maximum off 2 miles on test rides and wouldn't state that on e-mails or messages,tried calling shop and customer services and offered another £1000 to upgrade to full suspension and spending about £5000 and still charged,No help and taking business else were now as Need a bike and looks like, I will be as well very soon as great selection and itching to get something now,happy biking everyone
