Ordered May 25 and still do not have any correspondence from this company other than the order confirmation. Emailed them on June 1 asking for a status update. No response. Emailed them June 8 again asking for a status update or a refund. No response. This is ridiculous customer service. Do not recommend ordering from this site AT ALL.

I ordered product May 18th, have sent 3 emails and no response to why I have still not received product. Website clearly states processing time and shipping time, which I've allowed way over that...DO NOT ORDER DIRECT, just buy from Amazon and don't fall into their discount black hole! I would send back, bit instead I'm going to file a fraud charge with my bank for products never received, as customer service apparently does not exist.

I ordered the washer machine cleaner on 5/19 today so 6/5 it is still “processing” and they habe not replied to any of my 5 emails! When I made the purchase it said 3-5 days shipping!

Ordered on May 26th, got an update that the label was created, then a couple of days later, shipment was delayed, and still no update beyond this at this point. I wrote them an email using the contact us link in one of those order emails, and I still have no reply.
If I do not see something shipping very soon, I will simply reverse the charges since there has been no communication since the e-mail stating the order had been delayed, which is somewhat unreasonable at this point.
*edit* received a reply tonight, I will withhold any changes to the rating until this is resolved but I was given a 15 % discount/refund on my original transactions and told that they would work with shipping partners. I went ahead and opened a dispute to ensure positive resolution of the issue, one way or another.
*edit 2* After a couple of email exchanges, my case was closed in their internal system with no valid update. I reopened it and received a reply that my order would be out by Monday; however, it only mentioned one of the items that I ordered. I am getting a little more than concerned now 2 weeks into this.

I was charged for product I never received. In fact, I wasn't even given an email receipt for what they charged my CC account. I was browsing their site only. Apparently they charged my CC from the "Shop" account that I use with other sites. I've contacted them three times with no response. I have no other choice than to file a dispute and close out my credit card! VERY frustrating. I would not order from them now, no matter how good their products are. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

12:54CST - I received a canned AI response about heavy email volume as if I'm supposed to be shocked when they have been scamming people for months now. I had already disputed the charges with the CC company and was given 2 options by Uproot as a result. 1) Cancel dispute and they'll work on getting it shipped. 2) Continue the dispute and wait the 75 days for a resolution. Guess which option I went with. LOL Yeah...75 days isn't gonna happen.
6/11/26. Dispute processed by my CC company in record time according to Uproot.

I should have checked the Trustpilot reviews before I placed my order, but I was drawn in by the Memorial Day sale. Unfortunately my order was placed 10 days ago now, credit card charged, but the tracking number they emailed me shows that the shipping company has not even received the item yet (it is supposedly shipping from their warehouse in Florida to my location in Texas; nothing international). I've been trying for 3 days to contact somebody at Uproot's customer service to ask about this (and to ask about how to just cancel the order altogether if it continues to be delayed), since their website states "If it has been over 7 business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received it, please email us at help at uprootclean.com." No response from anybody in customer service, but I do continue to receive multiple marketing emails from them daily (I'm hesitant to click Unsubscribe yet because I don't want to accidentally miss an important email related to my questions or my order).
TL;DR: Do NOT order from their website. If you really want the Uproot-branded items (pet hair rakes for rugs/carpet), buy them on Amazon. Or better yet, buy an off-brand version for half the price.

On May 11, 2026 I ordered washing machine cleaner tablets and a trimmer head attachment set for the uproot grooming machine. The website stated that the order would be fulfilled on May 28th. My credit card was charged in full on May 13. The fulfillment date passed and I received no update. I tried calling the contact phone number and no call would go through. I sent multiple e-mails to their site without response. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
I try very hard to never leave a bad review on any company, office or product but at this point I am very frustrated with the service from Uproot. I placed an order initially for one box of washer tablets and then I was prompted to add an extra box, so I did because I use washer tablets routinely. The first issue was that the site did not just add another box, I was charged for the initial order and then was charged for a second order with an addition box at a discounted rate. I spent $65. I wasn't upset about that, but was a bit confused. I never received shipping information but I waited a couple weeks thinking I would receive my order and I never did. I sent an email and received a resonse that the produce was out of stock and would be available in 48 hours and would ship within the 48 hours. I emailed that I would wait. Another week, no communication and no product arrival. I then sent another email asking for a refund at this time. My email went unanswered until I sent a third email threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I was told that the product was now being shipped and I should receive tracking information asap. I did receive the shipping information but it is going on 2 weeks and the shipment keeps getting held up in different cities. I am not even sure my order is even on it's way. I also received a 10% discount for future orders. No thank you. Original order was April 22, 2026. Today is June 4, 2026 and I still have not received anything.

UPDATE: Changing review from 1-star to 3-stars. After repeated contacts, customer service finally responded, agreed to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I can't opine on the quality of the product or the shipping speed because the order was never processed, but customer service was finally able to resolve the issue.
Order was placed on 5/25/2026, and my credit card was charged immediately. Website says that orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. It's now nearly two weeks later, and the status of my order is still "Unfulfilled." No communication from the company regarding the status of my order, despite repeated attempts to contact them through the website, by email, and by text message. I see other reviews mentioning long wait times with no responses. Their products are available on Amazon with 1-2 day delivery with Prime. I'd prefer to order direct from the company rather than through Amazon, but the company doesn't seem to be able to fulfill orders.

Ordered products on April 19th. It is June 4, and I have not heard about the current status of my products since May19th. One email stated they were waiting on laundry dryer sheets and my order would be shipped no later than May 30th. I am still waiting. Emailed them back and have not heard.
Very poor customer service. BBB has rated them an F.
Not sure if Amazon already has products in stock. Their rating on Amazon is higher.

I ordered and was immediately charged. It took over 48 days to receive the order. Their website promises 2–3 day order processing, but it took 4 weeks of waiting for the provided tracking to show it was actually handed off with the carrier, and multiple empty customer service promises, just to get my order. I had already accepted that it must have been a scam and cut my losses. While I did ultimately, finally receive the package and correct order, the poor experience and complete lack of reliability mean I will not order from this company again, no matter how good the product turns out to be. I have not used it yet so cannot attest to the product quality. I changed my review from one star to two simply because I received the order.

Picked up the Uproot washing machine cleaner tabs and I'm really happy with them. First off, shipping was fast. they arrived way quicker than I expected. The tabs themselves are dead simple to use: drop one in the drum, run a hot cycle, done. My washer feels noticeably fresher and the musty smell that used to linger is gone. Easy to use, quick delivery, and they do exactly what they promise. Would buy again.

The products may be great, but the hassle of ordering, not hearing from them after multiple attempts is just not worth it, I would rather do business with a company I can trust. I will be disputing the charges for my latest order because I am not getting any responses as to the status of my order which has been delayed for weeks.

I don't own pets, but I decided to try Uproot's laundry and cleaning products after seeing them online. So far, I've been extremely satisfied with the results. The products are simple to use, work as advertised, and have become part of my regular cleaning routine. The laundry products leave clothes feeling fresh, and I appreciate that the company is always introducing innovative solutions.
Would definitely recommend giving them a try!
