I paid $140 for expedited delivery. Package is now stuck in Vienna Warehouse since weeks. Delivery was a personal present, with $1 actual value (but personal value and importance). Customs was cleared... See more

I received 4 emails and text messages from UPS telling me my package would be delivered today between 09.00 and 13.45h. Then they said they would deliver late, between 12.15-14.15 and now I just recei... See more

Avoid at all cost! More like a social experiment in customer trolling than a real company. The amount of incompetence and brick walling is just unbelievable. Even as a developer I wasn't able to get... See more

Literally the worst company ever

Literally the worst company ever! My packages are in a pick up station, they didn’t send me any code to open the boxes in the pick station. I’ve been calling them the whole day, the support team is answering like robots, knowing that I’ve been speaking to the same person. Everytime I call they ask me for my delivery number again and again. I do not recommend at all.

Awful

Awful! They drop the expensive package on the ground by my mailbox which is 850 feet away from my house rather than deliver it to my house. Everyone that drives by can see it but I can’t. This isn’t the first time. They’re in too much of a hurry! I have called to complain multiple times and gotten no where. They also have put packages in my mailbox which is illegal.

The worst courier I have ever used in…

The worst courier I have ever used in my life. I have subscription on HelloFresh and my food has to be delivered within the set date. After contacting customer support through email, I just got resposne that it is not their fault and it is like system issue and it is the fault of HelloFresh for not informing me. However, subscription is set for the specific day to be delivered weekly and the latest update I received from UPS was confirming that date. Furthermore, the following day they delivered my order to the pickup station not to my doorstep. I have no more words to express my resent and irritation by this company and the way they conduct their business in such unprofessional manner. Do not use services of this company at any time at all!

The worst service

The worst service. They never deliver to your home, they lie that you were not home and just drive by. Not recommended! There is nothing good about UPS.

Gladly again!

I ordered e-bike components from Hong Kong.
The package was delivered quickly. Despite the negative, global events (political, health, etc.), which complicate all our lives...
The delivery was a bit expensive but ups takes care of all the issues such as customs clearance. You don't have to do anything but wait. UPS service Team in Vienna and Klagenfurt tried their best to answer my questions and help me on. Gladly again!

You should not be too annoying or provocative. Patience is also required! I say it again now: Before you express criticism, think also of the disastrous global events/happenings. That makes your life also difficult. JUST THINK ABOUT IT!

If this review is read by a UPS employee, then I ask for three free deliveries around the world. 😀

Literally the worst company on the planet

UPS is the worst. If you ever want to get rid of some embarrassing or confidential stuff, just send it somewhere with UPS. There is no way anybody will see or get it ever again. No agency will ever be able to decode the sea of lies, empty promises and misleading messages.
