Wake Up Retailers. UPS Is Not Putting A Good Face On Your Company
Bought a TV from Costco (Canada) and it was delivered by UPS. The TV was left at the back step, which would be okay if it was not a snowy day and the driver would have notified us it was there. Upon inspection it became apparent why there was no announcement. The shipping carton was BADLY damaged. There were contents of the box visible, it was that bad. They even parked along the road instead of using our large driveway, it appears to avoid confrontation regarding the damage.
Bad experience
I was supposed to received 2 packages sent at the same time. After having my delivery delayed 4 times, I've received only one, and the delivery guy put the big box behind my door so I couldn't open my door. Still have no clue why I didn't received my 2nd package. Virtual assistance is useless and phone won't let me speak to someone.
Miscommunication
The package on the website was scheduled to arrive between a certain time and I had to sign it and it came earlier than previewed and I was not home so they brought it somewhere to make me pick it up when they didn’t come to my doorstep accordingly to the time I was home they came at a different time then when I was expecting it when it clearly showed that it would come between the times were I was available

I hope there was a zero star.I will never ever ever recommend ups at all one of the worse worse service in the world. Timu ,shine etc etc is much better Service.UPS said we came nobody was at home when we all were at home not even put a notice on my door or in the building call ups gave a time frame 3:15pm to 7:15 pm never came 3 days I have to call same old answer I was getting at last after 3 days of promis I get my package.I will keep in mind if I have to get a ups delivery I will never order might as well stay without the product.

I have used UPS about 10 times in the last 2 years. Eight packages were delivered without a problem. One package was 'lost' and is gone forever. Delivery between 3:30 & 6:30, then "by end of day." I wait until 10:00 P.M. and NOTHING!!! No notice that the delivery has changed! Now tracking says "In for delivery"! WTF does that mean???!!! And it says "A delivery time will be determined." I'VE WAITED ALL DAY AND NIGHT ALREADY!!! The "Customer Service" is a completely useless Chat Bot piece of crap that leads to telephone numbers that are not in operation at this time of day! Wrost delivery company...
Wrost delivery company gave me time window for delivery nobody showed at door. Now automatically reschedule delivery.First told me time window 10:30-2:30 than changed 6:45 to 7:30 evening then changed to End of day. Then in clear weather they told due to bad weather delivery rescheduled to next day. And next day we will provide you a date for delivery. Trying to reach customer service, nobody there.

We are honestly exhausted by the ongoing problems we experience with your service. We are asking for just one shipment to arrive undamaged, but unfortunately this has not happened.
Neither DHL nor FedEx delivers packages as problematically as UPS does. We specifically tell blind manufacturers not to ship with UPS, yet the shipments are still handed over to you.
I do not know whether there are similar complaints at your other locations, but in our last shipment alone, 10 blinds were damaged. Each box contains 10 to 20 blinds, and the frames arrive bent almost every time.
I do not know how these packages are loaded or how they are transported from Korea to Canada, but we strongly request that you review and control your handling and loading procedures.
The supplier in Korea performs official inspections and sends us photos showing that the products are in perfect condition before shipping. Despite this, the items arrive damaged here. We are paying a significant amount of money, and this situation is simply unacceptable.
I have raised this issue before and even left a 1-star review, yet we received no response, no apology, and no follow-up asking whether we needed assistance.
Frankly, we do not even know how to properly escalate our complaints to UPS. We expect this matter to be taken seriously and a permanent solution to be implemented as soon as possible.
UPS Lost my Package and Refused a Claim
I strongly suspect our package was stolen by the UPS delivery driver and that UPS is now covering it up.
The driver completed only one of the required three delivery attempts, yet the package was suddenly marked as “in the warehouse.” Since then, it’s been nothing but excuses. I’ve called the 1-800 number repeatedly, and customer support has been completely unhelpful. Every single time, I’m told I’ll receive an update within 24–48 hours and that another delivery attempt will be made. That update never comes.
After a full week of my nonstop calls, it became clear the package was likely lost, so I tried filing a claim online. Instead, the website prevented me with an error message saying I couldn’t submit a claim for my tracking number. When I called again, the “Technical Team” claimed it wasn’t an error at all, I’m simply not allowed to file a claim for this shipment.
So to recap, UPS failed to complete required delivery attempts, failed to provide updates, failed to locate the package, and then blocked me from filing a claim entirely. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. I will not be trusting UPS with my deliveries again.

UPS have lost another package. I instructed my supplier NOT to use UPS as they lose everything....the message didn't get to their shipping desk who shipped via UPS and they lost another package.

The only way you can add something to your delivery is to setup a MYUPS account. I did that then the delivery is not there. I cannot email nor can i chat online. GET with the online format I dont have time to hold on the phone for an agent.

I need 0 stars. This company in useless, I paid for next day shipping, it arrived 7 days later after sitting in the terminal for 6 days, they told me to file a claim..their website will not let me. UPS can kiss my a** I will never use them again after 12 years I am done with them. This was a Christmas gift of baked goods for an elderly person. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone....no one will call me back.....UPS you suck

This company should be shut down, I have never ever had problems like I have with other companies, do yourself a favour and do not go with this delivery company. I ordered a Christmas gift online, company said it would most definitely arrive before Christmas, turns out UPS messed up and now the package will arrive a week after Christmas. I realize that during the holiday season it’s hectic but I ordered it December 2nd, I did not expect UPS to lose the package in transit. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. There is no advantage using them over someone else.
