Parcel dispatched last night and all UPS can offer is “delivery sometime today.” Honestly baffling that in 2026 they still can’t provide proper delivery windows like DHL or DPD.
Then the driver turns up looking completely unprofessional …. no uniform, no top on, T-shirt rolled up around his chin. And this wasn’t exactly peak heatwave weather today either!
Not a great look for the company and hardly inspires confidence in the service.

I received an email informing me that my package would be delivered on 22 May. After waiting in all day it didn’t arrive. I contacted UPS to be informed that my package hadn’t reached UPS yet.
I received an email on 26 May informing me that the delivery would take place on 28 May. I decided to check the app, this stated that delivery would take place on 27 May and that an attempt had been made but no-one was in. I have been all day, no one has rung my doorbell and my Ring doorbell has shown that no one has walked down my drive. So the UPS driver is not telling the truth.
I contacted UPS and explained what had happened, many apologies and an assurance that an attempt would be made the following day (28 May).
I have just received an email stating that the delivery will be attempted on Friday 29 May.
This company, which is an international delivery service don’t seem to get the basics right. It’s unbelievable how inept they are. Not only that but a signature is needed for this delivery so all these different dates mean that I am expected to wait at home all day as no 2 hour window is available.
Any company using UPS must realise that using such a dreadful delivery service reflects badly on themselves.

When I make a purchase online and then see the retailer uses UPS to deliver I am always so pleased as I know I will be kept informed from start to finish, can change the delivery if needed, can pre-sign, approve leaving somewhere secure if not in, and the drivers work so very hard all day in all weathers and always deliver with a smile and on time, it’s always a pleasure! Thank you again for a flawless service!

Their website told me that my delivery would be made by 7 p.m. on Saturday 23rd, so I waited in all day, as it was a big item (del cost £80). I also turned down a days work worth £200, so yeah, I wasn't best pleased to say the least. How can a 24/7 international delivery company's tracking system say that they're going to deliver something and then just not? Shockingly poor and personally expensive.

Not the first time…. Driver didn’t ring the door bell, and he decides attempt to drop the parcel to the pickup location. I am working from home and there is no way I missed the driver. Dell and Burberry please stop using UPS in the UK.

The company i ordered from said my package was waiting to be collected but couldn't tell me from where. I tried the ups app and that actually said it was still in transit somewhere. I tried their virtual assistant but it didn't speak English and unfortunately i don't speak gobbledegook. I thought I'd ring ups direct and somehow managed to get another gobbledegook speaking AI to connect me to a human being. Unfortunately, after being placed on hold several times while he retrieved the relevant information, he wasn't able to tell me where my package was but raising a claim would either find my package or refund me. Apparently they have no idea where it is.
