My package was supposed to be delivered…

My package was supposed to be delivered to my home, but no one called or emailed me to let me know it would be delivered. I only found out it had been left at a pickup point after I started wondering where it was and went to “investigate”. I also received no notification whatsoever. On top of that, it was apparently about to be returned, so I was lucky to find it in time.

The worst experience

Please, UPS, analyze real customer reviews – it is clear that you have serious issues with how your service operates.
There is no point in creating the illusion of delivery when the service does not actually fulfill its purpose. A courier who is unable to make even the smallest effort to deliver a package – to contact the recipient, call them, or hand over the package properly – is simply a waste of time.
I was standing at the address waiting for the package. I contacted support, explained that I urgently needed the delivery and was willing to travel anywhere in the city to pick it up. Still, no one was able to help me. And now the package will be delivered in 5 days instead of the guaranteed 24 hours I paid for – with the explanation that there are holidays.
The quality of your service creates problems instead of solving them.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with a courier service.

Appalling

Appalling, but unfortunately in tune with most of the (non) courier services operating in the Czech Republic: first a notice that they will pass on a given day ( and you actually call them before the planned delivery to make sure they will call), just to get on said date another notice saying they could not hand over ( which is untrue, but they never bothered to call or ring the bell). You have to find out by yourself where in the vicinity they might have left the parcel ( and if you don't succeed by yourself, no support will be given and the parcel returned to sender). Wonderful new service world! (and the nagging question : are there no supervising or competition bodies in Czechia?).
After four frustrating years in this service desert, my advice : shop physically, or go abroad.

lost

Hello, my name is SHEILMI SSOLIVIA ROSE. I decided to send a surprise to a loved one through UPS. I wanted to surprise them, but this company told me that they apologized. We delivered the package to the wrong address and also lost it. I can't understand what kind of couriers they work for. So if anyone else who has such unpleasant cases wants to go to court and the police together because this company asked me for all the data, everything that was needed. They wanted me to pay for the lost package and in the end they ignored me and didn't answer me anymore. C-0335700275. This is my case number.

Hello, please help me, someone, I am a simple person and I decided to send a package through the UPS company to a close relative and this company lost my package and I was given a form to fill in all the data and more and they told me that they would compensate me and I did everything and for 11 days I have not received any response from them. Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, customer support is rude and only teached to lie. They are totally useless. Everyday calls refarding delivery lead to nothing - "incorrect address", "you are not at home", "driver don't call".... everyday saying "sorry, yes, we send your phone number, domofon code to driver", but in one hour "incorrect address" in tge app. You call again, and next agent starting again "sorry, but we don't have your phone number". This company should get out of business.

Wrong dood delivery

No one contacted me when it's the package coming and then they just left it at wrong door. I just got an email with a pic and had to go to look for it. I waited all day when is it coming and then all I got was the picture, but not at my place.. I didn't sign anything either even if it said I have to

Can’t give a zero

Can’t give a zero.
Collected a watch I left at a hotel, took it to a warehouse for a week and then returned it to the hotel as “the receiver” rejected it. I was the receiver and didn’t. Can you get any response as to next steps or a refund. Nothing. Never ever use these thieves.

Called customer support

Called customer support, spoke very nicely and lady was rude as usual. So folks it doesn't matter if you are nice or rude to call service people they're rude regardless. Basically hang up on your face.
I didn't even understand her reaction. If you get a customer being rude or speaking aggressively I get it , but when someone speaks nicely , you react the same way? Do these people hate their job that much?
I wasn't even complaining( I am now obviously) but I was just trying to add more info as other packages were not delivered in time.

Unprofessional driver

Driver called in the morning, then called again before delivery, rang the doorbell at home and quickly escaped with package... ive been at the door within 5 seconds and just saw the car leaving...then he stopped answering phone and left the package on some random access point...ups gets very unprofessional

Bad service

Very poor service – packages are not delivered, often returned back without reason. I can’t trust UPS with my shipments anymore.

Extremely non professional

I payed extra to have an item delivered before a certain date because I needed to have it for a work travel. Twice I received an email saying that a delivery attempt failed, while I was sitting next to the open door at the (correct!) address. No one even tried, no phone number for the currier… one week later still no parcel. Yesterday morning I called and urged it to be delivered before today’s noon, as a last chance before I had to leave, which I was promised. Now I’m at the airport without my item. Superbe service, really. Never more. Very angry at this careless and arrogant behavior.

UPS CZ is utterly dreadful !!!

On the day of scheduled and confirmed delivery my phone rang once, when calling back 3 times in the space of 2 hours no answer. It was the UPS courier "fulfilling" his duty to call the customer !!! When I have contacted UPS CZ to enquire about my parcel, no answer was given apart from that it will not be delivered today! Again a staff well trained to fob off the customer. There is a clear and rather awful pattern within the UPS CZ. PS.: this was not the first time !

UPS is the worst

UPS is the worst, what the hell? I recieved an email with only a delivery date, not even a hint which part of the day would my package be delivered. I downloaded and registered into the nightmare of an app, which malfunctions more often then works, but that did not give me any more info. So I spent the whole day at home... and nobody came. Before going to bed, an alert poped up in the app (not an email, i had to be actively checking the app) that there was an issue with my adress. With no option of viewing what the issue was or fixing it in the app.
So the next morning, I called customer support to ask what information are they missing and to fix the problem. I got told my adress did not have my name in it? I thought it must have been a mistake on part of the eshop, which I was getting my package from, so I was really apologetic and the operator agreed to add my name to the adress and deliver the package, only telling me the date and no time frame again.
But after that, I checked the email I got a few days ago from UPS and it had the full adress including my name?? They just managed to lose it somehow! And of course they had my phone number and email the whole time, so it's not like it was an unsolvable issue anyway. But just... how?
Two stars for a very nice and helpful delivery driver when i ended up finally recieving my package, but never again. I mean come on, just give us a time frame, i don't wanna have to spend two days at home because UPS cannot communicate.

AVOID!!!! THIEVES!!!!!

I posted iPhone 12 plus pro in original packaging inside the envelope for repair. I dropped it off in ‘’’ELECTRONICS GEEK, 585 HIGH ROAD, LEYTONSTONE E11 4PB”” two days later I’ve received a call from apple, that they have received the envelope, with the box inside however the phone wasn’t there. Either the drop point or ups stole my phone! I would highly recommend to avoid both!!!! I’m so angry 😡

Processed Processing process

Terrible customer service, no one could tell me what was happening with the returned package and refund... I was told it was already returned but then someone checked and it had not moved.... 12 phone calls (hung up 4 times) and 9 emails and eventually I got the parcel returned but no refund yet... phone calls cost me more than the package. All I got was the below replies, basically, they process processing to be processed.... somehow.
