Abysmal

Yet again, they have not even bothered to attempt to deliver, they hve just taken the goods to the local shop. If I wanted to click and collect, I would have chosen that option! Farcical.

UPS is broken in Spain

UPS is broken in Spain, simply broken and feels like its being run corruptly. Shipped item from the UK and paid for shipping at time of pick up, now presented with invoices for around 75 euros / two invoices for differing breakdown of costs. Delivery arrived without notice and the delivery person demanded 75 euros in cash / shipping cost 15 GBP!, tried to alter delivery method online and the option only pops an advert for Jazztel, tried to enter the delivery notice number and this is not recognised, tried to discuss with UPS whos response was - this is normal, TOTALLY BROKEN, all required actions should be completed at or before the pick up point, the experience should be seemless, I should not be trying to manage UPS - TOTALLY BROKEN SYSTEM / be warned and stop using UPS

After waiting sooooo long receiving my international parcel, I didn't get any notice of delivery and had to pay cash ( told no credit card) to the deliverer who didn't even carry any changes , he said he even doesn't have a wallet... If you only accept cash then carry changes ! common sense. or at least give me a notice in advance. Had been using UPS for years in different countries and never experienced this. It's the last time I'm using them. In the end I paid extra but the guy didn't even looked appreciated but just told me that I should think this as a tip . unbelievable.

I don't even want to give a 1 star but i have to so i can leave a review!

Do not use UPS Spain.

I have sent items from dubai to spain and twice they have tried to deliver to me without calling me first. We live in a community where there is a gate that only tenants can access so they need to call me to opwn the gate, but NO they are too incompetent to pick up the phone. They just send a mail and say "security access issue" every other delivery company calls when they arrive, nope not UPS.

Once again a disappointment that the…

Once again a disappointment that the service is delayed and they do not deliver your package on the day you can choose and for which you pay a high amount. Understandable that there may be sometimes a delay but it is now a habit. My conclusion the customer is not taken seriously.

(in Spain) NOT serviceminded. I have a very difficult to find address. I have made additional notes to make it easier for the carrier to find it. No even attempet to call and ask for direction is made. Instead they sensd an email - delivery cant be made. No english at all on their spanish site. When i call - just something in spanish - no choice of choose english to understand what they are saying. Totally unprofessional or just very low educated staff, supervisors and CEO?

I needed to give One star to be able…

I needed to give One star to be able making a review. UPS coustom service? Call center? Changed my adress 3 times and it was correct all the time, the refused to tell me whjat adress they had in the system. After tellning me to revel the adress it was updated like it was me changing the adress.
Calling their callcenter, they hanged upp 5 times...
I had to go and pick up my packaeg my self and investigate were it was.

This is is the most unprofessional…

This is is the most unprofessional company ever. We purchased their delivery services to send a luggage from malaga to Madrid. They never showed up to collect the luggage and when you called there was nothing they could do about it other than reschedule it, customer service was awful, zero empathy , and they were even rude and mean when the conversation escalated after their incompetence was notorious.

One of the worst bad services ever!

Asked to delivery at one specific address some urgent documents and the deliverer (that probably it took a siesta and didn't want to work) left the URGENT package far away from the delivery address and, just to complete, the place is closed, the owner just works in the morning (he need a siesta too).

DON'T USE UPS SERVICES, REALLY LOW LEVEL HERE IN SPAIN.

UPS Spain - no customer service

My delivery has been in the warehouse for two weeks. They don’t bother to contact me, nobody replies to my emails, and there is no customer service at all.

Terrible service. These people should all be fired.

This company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM!! I payed a lot of money for two day delivery from Brazil to Spain. I payed for two days delivery guarantee and it arrived after three weeks!!! Now I’m not able to apply for refund because I didn’t received any invoice and they don’t want to provide one !!!!!

It's unfortunate that I have to review UPS Spain and have to give them one star. Looking at other reviews, the trend of drivers saying that they either tried to deliver or the delivery was refused by the recipient is very common. This company sets such a low standard and still fails to achieve it. Unfortunately when I purchase a product I have no influence on who the seller uses to deliver. Can someone tell me why UPS collect parcels and not deliver to Correos po boxes?

The rug was delivered well

The rug was delivered well, but the communication with UPS was lacking. I was sent an email saying it would arrive in the morning on Friday. I waited around all day, and finally received an email Friday evening saying I had given the wrong address. UPS has delivered to this same address before, but called to get my ubicación. No one attempted to call me, so I responded to the email. They asked me to contact a number on WhatsApp (that didn’t take phone calls). I sent a message with my ubicación to that number and was told that they would definitely deliver on Monday morning. Again, I waited at home all day for the delivery, and it was finally delivered just before 19:00. The communication should be better.

package TO EARLY.

NEVER thought I would experience a package being to early LOL. They sent me an e-mail to schedule a delivery date the next day. So I went to enjoy my day off. About 2 hours later the driver calls me about 6 times to tell me he is at my door trying to deliver the package. Just got a notification that they will try again next day.

Act like liars and thieves

this company are acting like liars and thieves. They have had my packed now for almost a full week. They have made zero attempts to deliver it to my address. They said my address was wrong and changed it without asking me depite the address being correct the first time. I have emailed countless times now and still I have no response where my package is. Both UPS and the sender have refused to take any responsibility and I am left waiting inside every day just incase it turns up. When I asked to officially complain, I was told I would have to go to an official UPS office. Guess what? There is no UPS offices in my city. They don't even allow you to complain

Dijeron que mi dirección era incorrecta y la cambiaron sin preguntarme a pesar de que la dirección era correcta la primera vez. He enviado correos electrónicos innumerables veces y todavía no tengo respuesta donde está mi paquete. Tanto UPS como el remitente se han negado a asumir cualquier responsabilidad y me dejan esperando adentro todos los días en caso de que aparezca. Cuando pedí quejarme oficialmente, me dijeron que tendría que ir a una oficina oficial de UPS. ¿Adivina qué? No hay oficinas de UPS en mi ciudad. Ni siquiera te permiten quejarte.

Creo que es una falta de respeto y una locura, las fotos con los datos que quieren exigir.
Nadie, pero nadie en este mundo es adivino, como saber que tiene que tomar foto de cada pasa para abrir una caja, cuando les llega a su caja, todas las personas que viven en los estados unidos, el tiempo es oro, no podemos perderlo, ni demorarnos de mas, llega una cja, se abre, se saca el producto y se bota la caja y demas envoltura, y si el producto llega danado, cuando tiempo hace el reclamo a las agencias responsables. eso es en cuanto a roto.
y en cuanto a perdido, como se le va a tomar foto, a algo que nunca llego.
por favor, chequeen cada caso, por sus caracteristicas, ustedes saben que sucede con cada uno.
En mi caso que soy la persona que los envia, cada dia mas de 20 cajas,desde mi almacen, agentes de ups, hacen la recogida diaria,creen que le podemos tomar foto de paso por paso de cada caja,por favor respeten a los negocios y a sus clientes. recuerden que nosotros como clientes les ayudamos dia a dia, en casos que necesitamos que ustedes acepten sus roturas y perdidas, deben hacerse cargo,y responder primero con disculpas y luego resolver urgente, como mismo hago con mis clientes.
.......sin palabras..... lo insultanda que me siento con su compania, por el tiempo que me esta haciendo perder, con los paquetes que rompen y pierden a diario, y luego el proceso que quieren hacer tan largo y dificil... le llamo querer estafarnos, ya que saben que no tenemos eso, y no tenemos tiempo, lo dejaremos al olvide correremos con la perdida por su falta de profecionalidad. es una falta de respeto.
